Any specific project ensure the realization of a certain aim, all need a systematic application of planning, organizing, leading and controlling in the whole process of management to effectively implement. While in order to complete the task of construction project in time, the management of the project schedule is much more important. A complete construction project management should both include schedule and control. The former is the basis of the latter, and the latter is the security of the former. The integrity of both reasonably can ensure a project is accomplished on schedule.Campus Card construction project, covers a wide impact on a number of factors, in particular the requirements of some university about the project is special, which makes the application of such projects in progress schedule and control is particularly important.This paper uses project management-related knowledge, taking the first period of Campus Card construction project of JD (a short term for a university) as an example, to set forth the theory and methods of progress schedule and control in the application of the practical project. The article, firstly, introduces the JD Campus Card project of the preliminary work on the Campus Card JD overall planning and organizational structure, including the specific system planning principles, objectives, the framework of the overall structure of the project, project management, organizational structure and job duties; secondly , discusses in detail the construction project how to use progress schedule theory and method through analysis and comparison of the programming schedule,decide to use Critical Path Mehtod approach to the project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and the distribution of work and responsibility (LRC), which has established work - sequence, and the network diagram rules and six hours parameters, we can got the time limit table, the network diagram and critical path; thirdly, according to progress control theory, sets forth the measures of the establishment of the project document and the holding of the project controlling meeting which were put forward in the initial period of the project; meanwhile, describes further the infective factor of the project which is the cause of the delay, and how to control the whole project through changing the logical work place relationships,such as an overlap between relationship, other key measures, and drawing the adjusted network so that can finally fulfill the requirements of the project schedule; finally, a summary of the project is at the end of the article and made a left to further problems.
