University Asset Management Based On Java EE Technology System Design And Implementation

At present,the enrollment scale of colleges and universities has gradually expanded,and the ability of running schools has been continuously improved,and the assets needed for running the school in this process can also be greatly changed.Traditional asset management concepts and methods are no longer applicable to the current model of running schools,and there is an urgent need for the development of a university asset management system in the current design.Through the informationized management system,it can comprehensively,accurately and efficiently manage the school assets,reduce the cost of running schools,and improve the efficiency of running schools.Thanks to the development of information technology,the current development method and experience of a assets management system has been quite mature,so in the design of the system development process,we can most of the energy used in the analysis of business data and business process design.Based on the design of general college assets management system is divided into nine big modules,including the eight business management module,function module and a system in the implementation USES B/S mode,and adopts the mature and popular SSMM combination framework.Multiple coding tools,such as eclipse and SQlyog,are used in the implementation of the system.The development environment of the system is based on JDK1.8,test application server tomcat8 chooses the apache open source project,select the appropriate development tools and development environments can improve the quality of coding,the arrangement of the reasonable development progress.By referring to the relevant materials,this paper analyzes the existing problems in the existing college asset management system and analyzes the causes and solutions of these problems.By collecting and sorting the demand of the college assets management system,its analysis of the process involved in the business of life,including the business link defined,the analysis of the management process,the realization of the function of the business.Based on the actual work of asset management in colleges and universities,this paper puts forward a method of total tracking and timing analysis of the asset management as the center.The system also introduces the technology of qr code,which can store more data,make it easier to query and update the asset information,and can greatly improve the management efficiency of efficient assets.The asset management department can analyze the current asset status more accurately through the on-site asset analysis,and provide the method Suggestions for subsequent asset management methods.
