In recent years, with the development of primary and secondary education, the education assets put by the country gets more and more. Bazhou primary and secondary school has more than thousands of sophisticated laboratory instruments, and other low-value consumables’amount is double. And with the increase of education assets, the difficulty of education assets management is increasing. The problems that bad management for education assets cause low utilization and serious waste get education sector’s attention. Currently, Bazhou city is urgent to bring the modern information technology into education assets management, and it’s imminent to make education assets management more automate and informational.Through the research and analysis for the information development of education asset, we combine with similar educational asset management systems’development technology, and final decide the system’s optimal technical architecture:The system will be based on the B/S structure as the basis, and will use J2EE platform as well as Struts, Spring, Hibernate open source framework and MVC design patterns to build the system architecture. The system is divided into page presentation layer, business logic, data persistence layer, several levels to separately manage. The main development language is object-oriented high-level programming language Java, the language syntax is simple, versatile, and can integrate with the technology better. In database design, we use Sql Server 2014 as the basis to make basic data adding, deleting, modifying and querying operations.The primary and secondary school education asset management system in Bazhou bases on the business needs of each user and is divided into initial setup, daily assets management, annual and quarterly assets management, low-value consume management. In the system initial setup, staff can import and manual entry the original data of departments, personnel, storage locations information. The daily assets management could make assets increasing, assets changes, assets disposal and assets inventory. The annual and quarterly assets management can make the entry and review of assets annual and quarterly report, and make property registration management; The low-value consume management is an independent functional modules, including suppliers, departments, funds, personnel warehouse, permissions, data and other auxiliary functions and purchase plan, recipients, inventory management, query statistics and other daily functions.After the use this system could make unified management for education assets’ related receipt, asset cards, financial audit information, and the report and review process of asset changes, disposal and inventory is operated by users with different permission, and the whole management work of education asset is specific orderly and clear responsibility. In addition, the use of this system improves the utilization of school’s education assets and improves the teaching quality.
