Design And Implementation Of The Fixed Asset Management System Of Urumqi Taxation Bureau

Fixed asset is a basic production factors to guarantee the enterprise can run normally.The problem faced by many enterprises is how to make the management work of fixed assets is more scientific and standard.The way of asset management in Urumqi local taxation bureau is very backward.The type-in of assets information,asset information query and asset data updating is following a manual management way.Therefore,to build a set of fixed assets management system is a problem need to be solved for Urumqi local taxation bureau.The fixed asset management system in this dissertation is developed by JAVA programing language and the system uses MVC design model.It uses SQL Server 2008 as background database to store and manage data.It design authority management way based role,which can guarantee the data in database.The dissertation describes the process of fixed assets management system requirement analysis,the process of system design,the process of system implementation and system test mainly.In the process of system requirement analysis,it describes the functions and roles that the system needed through business flow analysis,function requirement,role requirement analysis and non-function requirement analysis.In the phase of system design,it first designs system architecture and system function module division.Then it introduces database design principle,design system E-R model and database table structure.In the phase of system implementation and test,it exhibits system key interface.It describes the process of system test by system function test use case.The preliminary effect of system running shows the system have the advantages of good human nature and operation convenient.At the same time,It improves the work level and information management level of asset management department.
