| The problem of excessive burden of primary and middle school students,the decline of physical health and the problem of after-school trusteeship education are the hot spots of social concern in recent years.In order to prevent the spread of undesirable phenomena,in July 2021,the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council promulgated the "Opinions on Further Reducing the Burden of Students’ Homework and Off-campus Training in Compulsory Education," focusing on the planning of after-school services.As an important part of after-school service,after-school sports service can build a training platform for students,attract students to actively participate in sports,improve students’ physical and mental health,and cultivate students’ awareness of lifelong physical exercise.Based on this,this paper takes 12 after-school service managers,12 sports teaching and research group leaders,68 physical education teachers and 684 students from 12 primary schools in Xihu District of Hangzhou City as the survey objects,and uses the literature data method,questionnaire survey method,expert interview method,mathematical statistics method and logical analysis method.Firstly,the number of primary school students in Xihu District choosing after-school sports services and the after-school sports services of primary schools in Xihu District were investigated.Based on the theory of social ecosystem,this paper further studies the structure and characteristics of the influencing factors of primary school students’ choice of after-school sports services in Xihu District;on this basis,this paper refines the problems existing in the selection of after-school sports services for primary school students in Xihu District,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures,so as to guide more students to participate in after-school sports services,and provide reference for further promoting the quality and efficiency of after-school sports services.In summary,the following conclusions are drawn:1.The proportion of primary school students in Xihu District of Hangzhou choosing after-school sports services is low,and the proportion of boys choosing is slightly higher than that of girls.2.The characteristics of the development of after-school sports services in primary schools in Xihu District of Hangzhou are as follows:(1)The diversity of teachers,but the number of teachers in the school is relatively short;(2)The school site equipment is not complete,it is difficult to meet the needs of students to choose and diversify the project;(3)Adhering to the concept of public welfare,service fees are low;(4)The service items are mainly three big balls,three small balls and track and field items,and there are few emerging or national traditional sports items;(5)Have not yet developed a sound student safety and supervision and management system;(6)The service time arrangement is reasonable,students’ learning time is abundant;(7)Pay attention to the diversification of teaching organization,but ignore the organization of teacher training;(8)The overall service effect is good,but there is still a lack of sports school-based curriculum in cultivating characteristics.3.The structure of the influencing factors of primary school students’ choice of after-school sports services in Xihu District of Hangzhou is: personal level factors,interpersonal level factors,institutional level factors,community level factors and policy level factors.Students of different genders have significant differences in personal,interpersonal and community factors;there are significant differences in individual,interpersonal,institutional,community and policy factors among students of different grades.There are significant differences in interpersonal,institutional and policy factors among parents with different educational backgrounds.4.The problems existing in the selection of after-school sports services for primary school students in Xihu District of Hangzhou are as follows:(1)Students’ sports participation is not active enough and lack of correct sports awareness;(2)Family sports atmosphere is not strong enough,the lack of parental encouragement and support;(3)Service content and resources are not rich,service awareness is weak;(4)Community sports facilities are not complete,community exercise atmosphere is indifferent;(5)Lack of policy interpretation and guidance,management mechanism is not perfect.5.The multiple countermeasures for primary school students in Xihu District of Hangzhou to choose after-school sports services are as follows:(1)Focus on "personal factors",cultivate sports interest and enhance value cognition;(2)Focus on "family environment",provide sports support and guide students to participate;(3)Focus on " school subject ",optimize curriculum elements and improve service quality;(4)Focus on the "community level ",strengthen sports construction and optimize the sports environment;(5)Focus on " policy system ",update service policy and improve management system. |
