Education is the foundation of the country.In order to transform the current exam-oriented education into quality-oriented education,the Ministry of Education has successively issued the policies of "double reduction" and "double increase",among which the extra-curricular sports service is the product of "double reduction" and "double increase".At present,Hangzhou junior high school extracurricular sports service implementation time is short and not perfect,its future development direction is more vague.Therefore,based on the policy of "double reduction and double increase",the research on the path of extracurricular sports services in junior middle schools in Hangzhou is conducive to in-depth understanding of the current situation of extracurricular sports services,to enrich the theoretical research on school sports,and to the high-quality development and implementation of extracurricular sports services.The research adopts the methods of questionnaire,interview and logic,taking the extracurricular sports service of junior middle schools in Hangzhou as the research object to investigate and analyze the four dimensions of "time,space,organizational form and content" of the extracurricular sports service of junior middle schools in Hangzhou,combining the implementation of "double reduction" in junior middle schools in Hangzhou and the current situation of students’ academic burden.From the overall condition,the development mode,the form of teachers three aspects analysis of Hangzhou junior high school extracurricular sports service under the background of "double increase" realistic dilemma;According to the present situation and predicament,the development path of junior high school extracurricular sports service in Hangzhou is put forward.The results are as follows:The research conclusions are as follows:1.The policy of "double reduction and double increase" is inseparable.Students’ academic burden has a significant impact on the development of extracurricular sports services.2.Most junior middle schools in Hangzhou(70.00%)carry out extracurricular sports services and the development situation is good.The extracurricular sports services mainly include basketball,football,volleyball,track and field,etc.The frequency is usually 1～2 times/week,30～60 minutes/time.The rest have yet to open due to policy,funding and lack of hardware.3.In terms of basic conditions,Hangzhou junior high school extracurricular sports service has some problems,such as insufficient implementation of policies such as "double reduction and double increase",solidification of implementation time and single management mode;The main problems facing each development mode are X mode teachers’ pressure,"1+X" mode has no advantage and "1+X+T" mode project diversification.The main problems facing each teacher form are the lack of teachers in the form of independent development,the teaching and management of the form of internal and external cooperation,and the optimization of the form and process of regional joint office.4.Based on the analysis of the combination of working days and weekends,the integration of sports skills learning and sports competition,and the integration of sports and health knowledge,it is believed that the effective path to achieve the high-quality development of extracurricular sports services in Hangzhou junior middle schools is to promote the participation of government,school,family and enterprises,and cultivate the core qualities of "1+X+T" in working days and "N+E" in weekends.
