| The promulgation of the "double reduction" policy has brought opportunities for the development of after-school sports services. As one of the main contents of after-school services, physical activity can make up for the lack of skills and exercise in school physical education classes, which is conducive to cultivating students’ interest in physical exercise and enhancing their physical health. However,in practice, there are still more problems in the implementation of after-school physical education services.Based on this, this paper takes the development of after-school physical education services in primary and secondary schools in Jingzhou District of Jingzhou City as the research object, and uses the literature method, questionnaire survey method, interview method and factor analysis method to issue questionnaires to students, parents and physical education teachers in relevant schools for investigation, and the main findings are as follows:Basic situation of after-school sports service development in primary and secondary schools in Jingzhou District:(1)Basic situation of the service: The overall development of after-school sports service in Jingzhou District is good, and it can guarantee the time of after-school sports service at least 1-2 times a week, set up sports interest classes, sports clubs and training teams according to the school’s needs, and hold sports competitions at the right time.(2)Basic situation of students: The overall satisfaction of students is high, and it is in line with their own interests. The main purpose of students’ participation is to enhance physical fitness.Among the sports participated in,fancy rope skipping, aerobics, soccer and basketball are most preferred by students. The sport that students are most looking forward to is badminton.(3)Parents’ basic situation: The main reason for parents to support their children’s participation in after-school sports services is that they want their children to be physically fit,but there are still some parents in the junior high school who prefer to improve their sports performance due to the influence of physical education midterm exams and traditional concepts.Parents are overall satisfied with the after-school sports services conducted by the school and can obviously feel the positive changes in their children.(4)Basic situation of teachers: Male teachers are in the majority, with an imbalance of male to female ratio.Teachers’ education is mainly bachelor’s degree and above, and the ratio of experienced teachers to young teachers is coordinated, which is conducive to the development of after-school physical education services. The overall satisfaction of teachers is high, but most of them have several "jobs".In addition, the lack of external teachers has led to increased pressure on teachers, making it difficult to achieve flexible work. The main problems of after-school sports services in primary and secondary schools in Jingzhou District:(1)Lack of government macro guidance and urgent need for improvement in supervision and evaluation;(2)The infrastructure is not fully equipped, which restricts the development of after-school services;(3)Weakness of special teachers, and the pressure on teachers has not been relieved;(4)single sports setting, hard to implement diligent practice and regular competition(5)The frequency of class time needs to be improved, and the conflict between supply and demand still needs to be balanced;(6)The school does not pay enough attention to it,and it is difficult to guarantee financial subsidies. In view of the main contradictions,we propose the following implementation strategies:(1)Improve the top-level design and strengthen institutional protection.(2)Reasonable planning of site equipment, solid infrastructure construction.(3)Planting the "first resource" and optimizing the faculty.(4)Carry out diversified services and focus on the implementation of regular matches.(5)Reasonable planning of service hours, solid synergy of education.(6)Strengthen organizational leadership and adjust service treatment. |
