Delayed after-school sports services are an important channel for China to comprehensively promote quality education and promote personalized development of students.In July 2021,the General Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the General Office of the State Council issued the "Opinions on Further Reducing the Homework and Off campus Training Burden of Students in Compulsory Education",which put forward higher requirements for delayed after-school sports services.However,the development of after-school extended physical education services in China is still in the exploratory stage.Therefore,this article uses relevant research methods such as literature review,questionnaire survey,and data statistics to analyze the current situation of after-school extended physical education services in schools,the cognitive satisfaction of teachers,students,and parents,and the impact of after-school extended physical education services on the development of participants.The aim is to identify the shortcomings of the current development,Propose optimization and guarantee measures for the implementation of delayed physical education services in primary schools in Hangzhou in the future.Based on this study,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)In terms of the effectiveness of school development,the after-school services of 11 primary schools in Hangzhou are all carried out in a "5+2" mode,with a "1+X" or "1+X+Y" course selection mechanism.The duration and frequency of after-school delayed sports services meet policy requirements,and the charging plan is reasonable and highly accepted by parents.However,there are generally problems such as insufficient venue equipment and insufficient project establishment,and the factor of venue equipment has become the biggest obstacle in the process of project establishment.(2)In terms of the effectiveness of teacher development,teachers are basically able to participate in after-school delayed physical education services.Among the surveyed teachers,more than half feel heavy workload and physical and mental pressure,and subsidies and benefits cannot meet their own investment.Some teachers have poor initiative.(3)In terms of the effectiveness of student development,students’ interest in sports is highly stimulated,providing them with more opportunities to compete and showcase.However,the cultivation effect of students’ exercise habits is poor,and they have not truly transformed their strong interest intention into conscious exercise behavior;In addition,the educational effect of students is not prominent enough,because the teaching of delayed physical education services after class is not yet systematic,teachers’ exploration of moral education elements is not sufficient,and the quality of teaching needs to be improved.(4)In terms of the effectiveness of parental participation,after the school launched extended after-school sports services,more than half of parents cancelled their registration for non sports training classes,reflecting an increase in confidence in the school’s interest cultivation and a slight reflection of the effectiveness of education returning to the main position on campus.Based on the survey results,this article proposes the following safeguard measures:(1)It is recommended that schools make full use of social resources,effectively solve obstacles such as insufficient school facilities and limited teaching staff,implement detailed plans,and improve the diversity and quality of after-school delayed sports services.(2)It is recommended that schools listen to the demands of teachers,effectively solve their difficulties,implement measures of concern for teachers on campus,understand and understand the work pressure of teachers on campus,respect their willingness to participate,provide regular training for participating teachers,clarify that teachers should fully utilize their professional skills,and enhance their sense of responsibility and mission.(3)It is recommended that teachers fully explore the moral elements of various items in after-school delayed physical education services,and be adept at cleverly designing and integrating various moral elements into teaching plans.Highlight the educational value of after-school delayed sports services,innovate teaching methods and means,and promote the maximization of the value of after-school delayed sports services.(4)The school plays a leading role in building a good home school communication platform,promoting efficient communication between teachers and parents.
