In July 2021,to reduce the burden of primary and middle school students and the training burden,the State Council issued "on further reduce the compulsory education stage students homework burden and the burden of the training opinion"(hereinafter referred to as "double reduction"),with the implementation of the "double reduction" policy,delay sports service development has brought new opportunities for development.Physical education,as one of the important contents of after-school delay service,It plays an important role in improving students’physical health,In order to study the development of delayed sports activities in urban primary schools in Yinchuan city,This study uses the literature and data method,Questionnaire method,Interview method,data statistics method and other studies on the current situation of after-school delayed sports services in urban primary schools in Yinchuan city,Investigate and interview the relevant physical education teachers,students,parents and leaders,Found the deficiencies in the implementation of after-school delayed physical education service activities,And combined with the actual situation to put forward to optimize the path of Yinchuan urban primary school,So as to improve the quality of after-school delayed sports service,The study conclusions are summarized as follows:(1)In terms of schools:The 18 primary schools investigated by the three districts of Yinchuan City have no specific service implementation plans,ineffective school implementation,insufficient service funds for site resources,insufficient attention from school leaders,and imperfect relevant rules and regulations.(2)in terms of teachers:delay sports service teachers most for bachelor degree,male teachers redundant female teachers accounted for 68.5%,even individual schools without female physical education teachers,40 and below accounted for 87.1%,age is the trend of "younger",teachers(especially lack of niche sports teachers),the ratio of teachers and students more than 1:240 and below,teachers teaching task heavy energy to create new projects,and the allowance satisfaction is not high.(3)in terms of students:after-class delay sports service activities help students sports skills,academic learning,students ’enthusiasm is higher,and benefit in the activity,but the current school can’t fully meet the diversified demand of students for sports(like roller skating,curling,whip niche sports is popular with students),the school equipment facilities,classroom management,teachers’teaching is also the key to affect students to participate in the service.(4)in terms of parents:parents of children after class delay sports service support accounted for 71.6%,satisfaction is not particularly high,after class delay sports service to some extent,alleviate the parents transport difficult problem,there are still some parents think service delay children learning,service charge is unreasonable,and concerns about student sports safety and school diet,the service specific teaching form is not very understanding.The path optimization is performed as follows:(1)Improve the regulatory system,clarify the rights and responsibilities of all parties,formulate specific implementation plans,service standards and safety management system,so as to ensure the high-quality development of after-school delayed sports services.(2)Make rational use of site resources,expand the source channels of funds,enrich the content of activities,improve the form of activities,and improve the enthusiasm of students to participate.(3)Invite qualified part-time social coaches and outstanding athletes,fully tap the teacher resources inside and outside the school,expand diversified talent channels,conduct regular training for teachers,improve their teaching level,improve their service allowance,and stimulate teachers’passion for service.(4)Constantly improve the sports infrastructure,reasonably plan the sports ground,regularly maintain and update the site equipment,strengthen the students’ safety guarantee,improve the evaluation and assessment system,and formulate feasible evaluation standards,evaluation contents and evaluation forms.(5)Increase the publicity of the service,increase the degree of parents ’understanding of the service,discuss parents’ service opinions,and improve parents’ satisfaction. |
