After the after-school sports service has been given a new definition by the "double reduction" policy,it is in full swing on campuses across the country.Many primary and secondary schools in first-tier cities have made good achievements in the planning of sports services and have formed relatively mature programs in a short time.However,although Henan Province is a major province of education and sports in the country,it is large but not strong.It is still at the low end of the allocation of domestic education resources.The application of its sports services in after-school services is still in the preliminary exploration stage,and there is a lack of corresponding reference and strategies.It is still necessary for local and municipal schools to summarize the service construction path,learn from multiple perspectives,and check for deficiencies.This paper selects five primary schools from the seven typical case demonstration schools of compulsory education after-school service in Jiaozuo selected by the Henan Provincial Department of Education for investigation.Through the methods of literature,field investigation,questionnaire survey,interview and case analysis,this paper deeply analyzes the after-school sports service work of five demonstration primary schools in Jiaozuo,including students,teachers The department leaders analyzed the current situation,typical measures and difficulties of after-school sports service construction in five demonstration primary schools in Jiaozuo from multiple perspectives and put forward sustainable development suggestions to promote the quality and efficiency of after-school sports and education services in Jiaozuo and Henan Province.This study draws the following conclusions:1.The five after-school service demonstration primary schools in Jiaozuo City that participated in the survey have formed a good scale in the construction of sports services,with excellent results in the competition,diverse sports service organizations,and 90% of students participating in after-school sports service activities;The frequency and duration of after-school sports services in all schools have increased significantly compared with those before the "double reduction";Some primary schools are not rigidly attached to the sports required by the national standards,and emerging sports such as roller skating,archery or traditional sports such as tai chi and routine in the city are also focused;All subjects have a new understanding of "transformation and transformation" of sports service education,and the greatest gain in the current development process is to truly attach importance to and optimize sports services.2.Boai Xiuzhu Primary School,which takes colorful associations as a typical measure of after-school sports service,perfectly integrates the construction of associations with the later perfect sports service plan,which not only makes it easier for teachers to start working in the face of existing models,but also eliminates students’ resistance and strangeness to after-school sports service.3.Jiaozuo Experimental Primary School,which takes "after-school sports service and cooperation of all responsible subjects" as a typical measure of after-school sports service,relies on its own educational advantages of the municipal primary school,gathers the local government,the municipal education and sports bureau,the school leadership,front-line sports teachers and social forces,and takes "concerted efforts and common services" as the "escort" of after-school sports service for real primary schools.4.Wuzhi Yucai School,which takes "double burden reduction and flexible rest"as a typical measure of after-school sports service,has formulated the Regulations on the Physical Education Work System of Wuzhi Yucai School to alleviate the excessive working hours of physical education teachers,and adheres to the "four principles" of caring,fairness and justice,efficiency priority,and overall consideration "to resolve the problem that teachers’ rest is shorter than the working hours,and strengthen the self-efficacy and professional attraction of physical education teachers.5.Qinyang Experimental Primary School,which takes the diversified content of sports service as the typical measure of after-school sports service,boldly carries out the reform and innovation of after-school sports service teaching,and implements the "good project of Qinyang physical education classroom";The establishment of the Children’s Palace of Qinyang Experimental Primary School also enriched the construction of the school’s sports front.6.The third experimental primary school in Wenxian County,which takes "martial arts school-based curriculum" as a typical measure of after-school sports service,has innovated the service curriculum system of "martial arts sentiment,martial arts intelligence,martial arts fitness,and martial arts aesthetics",upgraded the school-based curriculum to the implementation of after-school sports service,and formed an organic link that integrates martial arts projects,improves the school team training mechanism,and consolidates the teacher echelon.7.The development of after-school sports services in five demonstration primary schools in Jiaozuo has won the school’s reputation and set up a sports symbol.At the same time,through the investigation,we learned that the short board problems such as narrow funding channels,general service supervision,unfavorable guarantee of teachers’ "main force",overall conservative and single content,and lack of space were not completely ideal under the promotion of the "double reduction" policy.Therefore,through the case analysis of sports service in five after-school service demonstration primary schools in Jiaozuo,this study puts forward the following suggestions: when carrying out after-school sports service in five demonstration primary schools,we should expand the service funding channels and expand the investment of sports service funds;We should establish a whole-process management system and strengthen the supervision of leading cadres strictly and practically;It is the key to mobilize the enthusiasm of teachers and coordinate the resources inside and outside the school;We should integrate the structure of curriculum content to help the development of sports services;We should coordinate the connection of site resources inside and outside the school and promote the balanced development of education;We should seize the new opportunity of "double reduction" and seize the new opportunity of after-school sports services. |
