Objective: Youth sports are the deep foundation of reserve talents in competitive sports and mass sports, and in the context of promoting the physical health of young people and accelerating the construction of a strong sports country, the rational use of efficient and comprehensive training methods to enhance the overall development of youth physical quality is one of the ways to effectively promote the strengthening of youth sports. This paper analyzed the effect of integrative neuromuscular training on enhancing physical fitness in 13-14-year-old adolescents through pre-and post-test comparisons of training interventions and examined whether integrative neuromuscular training,a comprehensive training method, was more effective in enhancing physical fitness in adolescents compared to conventional physical fitness exercises. This study was conducted to investigate whether integrated neuromuscular training was more effective in enhancing physical fitness in adolescents compared to conventional physical fitness exercises. Methods: Using the literature method to obtain theoretical support,an 8-week intervention experiment was conducted in which 120 subjects were divided into two groups,60 of whom were in the experimental group and had to complete the integrated neuromuscular training intervention within 8 weeks, while the remaining 60 were placed in the control group and completed a single routine physical exercise including speed and strength in sequence within 8 weeks.Speed(50-me Ter sprint, reaction test for grabbing a ruler),strength(pull-ups for boys,sit-ups for girls, standing long jump),agility and balance(agility T-test,standing on one foot with eyes closed test),endurance(1000-meter run for boys,800-meter run for girls,one-minute rope skipping),flexibility(seated forward bending),and morphological function(height, weight, vital capacity),and other physical fitness indexes were tested before and after the experiment.Comparative analysis of the changes in various physical fitness indicators of the subjects in each group was conducted to explore the effect of the comprehensive training method of neuromuscular integration.Results:(1)In terms of improving the speed quality of 13-14-year-old adolescents, both experimental and control subjects had a highly significant increase in 50-meter sprint run performance(P≤0.01).and the test results of the experimental group were more significant. The performance of the reaction test for grabbing a ruler in both groups had a significant increase(P≤0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups.(2)In Terms of strength quality,The experimental group and control group boys pull-ups are significantly improved(P≤0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups.Girls’ sit-up and standing long jump in both groups had significant improvement(P≤0.01),and the test results of the experimental group were more significant.(3)In terms of sensitivity and balance quality, the experimental group and the control group had a significant improvement in the test results of the sensitivity T-test,left leg and right leg with eyes closed, and one-foot standing test(P≤0.05).On all the tests, the experimental group was more significant in the sensitivity T-test and in the left-leg closed-eye uniped stance test.(4)In terms of endurance quality, the experimental group and the control group had a significant increase in the 1000-meter run and 800-meter run performance(P≤0.05),and more significant improvement in the control group’s 1000 m run test performance.Only the experimental group had a significant increase in the one-minute rope skipping test score of(P≤0.05).and the test results of the experimental group were more significant.(5)In terms of flexibility, there was no significant increase in the test scores of the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).(6)In terms of body shape and function, there was no significant change in height and weight between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).The vital capacity of the experimental group and the control group both had a significant increase(P≤0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion: In terms of speed quality, various test indicators showed that the intervention effect of integrated neuromuscular training is more significant. In terms of strength quality, integrated neuromuscular training was more effective in improving the lower limb strength and trunk core strength of adolescents. In terms of sensitivity and balance quality, integrated neuromuscular training was more effective. In terms of endurance quality, conventional physical exercises had a more significant effect on improving the aerobic endurance of adolescents in 1000-me Ter and 800-meter running, while integrated neuromuscular training was more effective in improving the one-minute skipping event that emphasizes coordination and speed endurance. In terms of flexibility, neither integrated neuromuscular training nor routine quality training showed a significant effect. On the whole, integrated neuromuscular training has a more significant effect on comprehensively developing the physical fitness of 13-14-year-old adolescents.
