As the national ball of our country,Table tennis plays an important role in the development of sports projects in institutions of higher learning. In the face of the innovation of table tennis competition rules and techniques and tactics, table tennis players in colleges and universities need to improve their training level to gradually improve the intensity of competition,so as to ensure that they have good special physical qualities to maintain the stability of technique and tactics play and avoid sports injuries in daily training. At present, many colleges and universities still do not pay enough attention to the special physical fitness training of table tennis players, the degree of specialization is not high, the mode is relatively simple, the training efficiency is low.Integrative Neuromuscular Training(INT)has improved the stability, flexibility, strength and speed of young athletes such as volleyball, tennis and football athletes. It has been widely used in the world and has played a good role in improving the comprehensive ability of related sports events and preventing sports injuries.By combining integrated neuromuscular training with the daily training of table tennis players in colleges and universities, this paper aims to study whether this method, after a certain training time, has a more obvious effect on the improvement of athletes’ specific physical quality compared with the conventional physical training methods. The main methods of this study are literature, experiment and mathematical statistics. The objects of this study are 16 athletes randomly selected from the table tennis team of Inner Mongolia Normal University who have no significant differences in their sports level, physical health and pre-experiment test indexes. The athletes were divided into the experimental group with integrated neuromuscular training and the control group with traditional training methods. The duration of the experiment was 12 weeks, and the frequency was 60 minutes three times a week. The experimental site conditions were the same. Before and after the experiment, the athletes in the experimental group and the control group were tested to reflect specific physical fitness indicators.Through data analysis of relevant test index detection data of experimental group and control group before and after the experiment,we can see:(1)From the experimental differences before and after the group, after integrated neuromuscular training, the experimental group in special sensitivity, special strength, special endurance and their own data before the experiment have very significant differences(p<0.01),there are significant differences in special speed(p<0.05);After the traditional physical training methods, the control group had very significant differences in special agility, special speed, special strength and special endurance(p<0.01).(2)From the differences between the experimental group and the control group after the experiment, the two indicators reflecting the sensitivity level of the special sensitivity level: the number of 20-second sideshow was significantly different compared with the traditional method(p<0.01),and the T-test test score was significantly different compared with the traditional method(p<0.05);Among the indexes reflecting the specific speed level, the results of 60 m sprint were significantly different from those of traditional training methods(p<0.05);Among the three indicators that reflect the level of special strength: There was no significant difference between the standing long jump test results and the traditional method(p>0.05).In the front jump test results of one foot, there were significant differences between the results of different supporting feet and the traditional method(p<0.05).In the star balance test results, there were 16 data of both feet. There were significant differences in different directions of different supporting feet(6 data p<0.05,10 data p<0.01).Among the indicators reflecting the specific endurance level, there was a significant difference between the performance of the plank test and that of the traditional method(p<0.05).Based on the above data, the following experimental conclusions can be drawn: After 12 weeks of training, both integrated neuromuscular training and traditional physical training methods can improve the relevant physical fitness indexes of college table tennis players to a certain extent. However, after comparison, the improvement of relevant indexes except standing long jump by integrated neuromuscular training is much higher than the traditional training method. It is proved that the integrated neuromuscular training has better effect than the traditional training method on the improvement of specific physical quality of table tennis players in colleges and universities.
