purpose:Basketball players need to compete, jump, change direction and other movements frequently in competitive matches. The quality of these movements is determined by the performance of the athletes, and is one of the key factors affecting the coordination and competitive level of the whole team.Through 12 weeks of integrated neuromuscular training intervention, this study discusses its impact on the athletic performance of male basketball players.method:In this study,16 second-level basketball athletes were selected as experimental objects. Before the experiment, they were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 8 people in each group. They were trained for 12 weeks,3 times a week,90 minutes each time. Before and after the experiment,16 basketball players were tested for sports performance: basic strength, break out, speed and agility, static balance and dynamic balance in lower limb stability and basketball technical related index test.T test was used to analyze the test results.results:There was no significant difference in test scores between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After 12 weeks of intervention:(1)For the motor expressiveness of the Experimental group before and after experiment, basic strength, break out, speed and agility were significantly improved(P<0.05).In addition, the results of 30-meter race and IAT test in speed and agility test were significantly improved compared with the control group(P<0.05).(2)The four indexes of static balance and dynamic balance in the stability of lower limbs in the experimental group were significantly improved(P <0.05,P<0.01).After the test, there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in two indexes of static balance: right foot standing on one leg with eye closed(P >0.05),but the left foot was significantly improved(P<0.05).The body sway was significantly increased(P<0.01,P<0.05).Two indicators of dynamic balance: Y-balance test showed no significant difference in the posterior medial side of the right leg(P>0.05).In addition, the other five directions of Y-balance test were significantly improved(P<0.05).The results of single leg side jump were significantly improved(P<0.05).(3)In the special technique of the experimental group, the two test indexes of whole court fast dribble layup and intensity shooting were significantly improved(P<0.05,P<0.01).Compared with the control group, the two test indexes were significantly improved(P<0.05).conclusion:(1)Integrated neuromuscular training can effectively improve the athletic performance of college male basketball players, especially the speed and agility of 30-meter run and Illinois run.(2)Integrated neuromuscular training can obviously improve the static balance ability and dynamic balance ability of lower limb stability. And the stability of lower limbs has a good effect on the ability to prevent injury.(3)Integrated neuromuscular training can effectively improve the special skills of the whole court fast dribble layup and intensity shooting, which plays a vital role in the performance of basketball players on the court. |
