INT,also known as integrated neuromuscular training,is a popular training method in the field of international sports training today, aiming to improve athletes’ explosive power, agility and speed,as well as muscle and nervous system coordination and proprioceptive control ability. As the reserve talents of competitive volleyball,U17 female volleyball players are between 14 and 16 years old. After years of training, they have mastered the chain of volleyball technical movements, have the basis of physical training, and are in the sensitive period of physical development and the critical period of perfecting technical movements. They are more suitable for the training program that integrates physical exercises with technical movements. So it was the object of study. This paper collects data through literature and questionnaire method, asks expert opinions, and determines the test index.Aiming at the development needs of U17 volleyball players’ special physical fitness, the experimental method was used to conduct integrated neuromuscular training intervention, and the effect of this training mode on volleyball players was observed. The test results of special physical fitness were analyzed by mathematical statistics.Logical analysis method is used to analyze the specific effect of this training method. In the grouping stage,20 eligible U17 female volleyball players were selected for the experiment based on FMS scores, age, years of training and player grades, and then randomly divided into experimental group and control group. After comparing the pre-test results of the two groups of athletes,it was shown that there was no significant difference in the starting state of the athletes,16 weeks of training was conducted. The integrated neuromuscular training program applied in the experiment is mainly composed of the sensitive, balanced and enhanced exercise forms contained in the neuromuscular training itself, and combined with the special technical movements of volleyball, which can be divided into four items: core stability enhanced training, sensitive speed enhanced training, rapid contraction composite enhanced training and dynamic balance enhanced training. Each exercise consists of five broad categories of exercises, and each category is divided into three categories according to different stages.Through the experimental research,we hope to provide more scientific guidance basis for the training of U17 volleyball players, improve the physical quality of volleyball through a more scientific training mode, and enrich and improve the practice and theoretical research of integrated neuromuscular training in the training process of volleyball players. The following conclusions are drawn from the research:(1)The post-experiment test data were analyzed, and the special physical fitness scores of the experimental group showed significant differences compared with the control group. In the five special physical fitness,30 meters running and half "meter" movement improved more significantly.(2)After the experiment, the specific physical fitness scores of the two groups of athletes were significantly improved compared with before the experiment, indicating that the U17 female athletes aged between 14-16 years old are in a sensitive period of specific physical fitness development.(3)The specific content of the integrated neuromuscular training used in the experiment was closely integrated with the technical movements of volleyball. The rich training content made the athletes of the experimental group pay more attention during the experiment and improve their enthusiasm during training.(4)According to the characteristics of integrated neuromuscular training, which enhances the signal receiving and processing ability of athletes’ proprioceptors,so as to optimize the neuromuscular reaction process, and combined with volleyball technical movements, the training program developed after 16 weeks of training, the special physical quality of athletes in the experimental group was significantly improved compared with the control group.(5)Through the analysis and collation of the collected information,an excellent volleyball player to give full play to the level of special technical movements needs to have five special qualities: speed quality, rapid direction changing ability, jumping ability, swing arm strength and game endurance.Based on the conclusion, the following suggestions are made:(1)It is suggested that more integrated neuromuscular training should be used when developing training plans for athletes’ lower limb explosive power, rapid movement ability and rapid direction changing ability,so as to obtain significant training effects.(2)It is suggested that integrated neuromuscular training should be applied to U17 female volleyball players or athletes who have certain training basis and are in the sensitive stage of specific physical development. The special technical training basis is conducive to the athletes to adapt to this training mode more quickly and mobilize their subjective consciousness to participate.(3)The formulation of the integrated neuromuscular training program should be fully combined with the volleyball special technology, which is more suitable for some teams with abundant training equipment and sufficient training venues.Various equipment should be used in combination with the needs of technology and physical quality to enrich the exercise movements, mobilize the athletes’ enthusiasm for physical training and take the initiative to think about the exercise movements.(4)The theories and training methods involved in this paper can be referred to and used by coaches when formulating training plans, and can also be used as vivid empirical materials to provide certain theoretical and data support for research in related fields. The integrated neuromuscular training method applied in the experiment can also be applied to volleyball and other sports with special physical qualities similar to volleyball.(5)A comprehensive integrated neuromuscular training plan should be formulated according to the needs and characteristics of athletes’ special physical qualities and skills.During the practice, coaches should pay timely attention to whether athletes’ movements are correct and help them complete correct movements with their subjective consciousness. |
