sports,so that individual sports associations can be transformed into practical organizations with more driving force and development force,that is to realize the physical reform of individual sports associations.Through complementary advantages with government departments,it can bring more comprehensive and better sports services to the public,so as to promote the development of sports in the region.Based on this,the article USES the law of field survey and in-depth interview method,literature and other research methods,combined with the yangpu district tennis association materialization
