Research On The Causes And Development Path Of The Dilemma Of College Sports Associations In Heilongjiang Province

The sports association is recognized an important form of PE. works in colleges and universities, for it can promote the role of campus sports culture development and play a practice platform, in China it is still a weak link in college physical education.Such as the cold seasonal conditions and the development source in Heilongjiang province university sports, explore the comprehensive sports community function,mechanism of action, feedback approach, will inevitably increase the awareness of sports association operation procedures.In this paper, we based on the development strategy,Structure function theory,investigate for the promotion and development of colleges and universities in Heilongjiang province.The results included:1),The development condition of Heilongjiang university sports association reflects the difference for the different backgrounds, different conditions. Human factors of sports community development is the most crucial factors. Including the managers’ attitude, knowledge, the sports association members of the core layer technology ability, management ability, ability and so on; Also includes the motivation of students to participate in sports association, behavior, etc. In the relationship between people and other factors are the most likely to influence and change.2), Vigorously promote the development of college sports association in heilongjiang province, the first factor is the core of the community sports association run members of the training ways and methods, establish a perfect community members rights and obligations of constraint mechanism, community activities must focus on developing sports project, and sports association materialization process.3), Sports association managers at all levels of systematic and planned behavior responsibility and guide the direction of the sports community development important factors, not only to strengthen the backbone of the core members of the role play, also want to notice to all the members of the collective identity of cultivation measures.4), We should pay attention to the management of college sports associations and effective interaction of man’s inner thought, guided in the right direction.
