Changde City Urban Primary School Sports Association To Carry Out The Practical Dilemma And Promotion Path Research

With the rapid development of China’s economy and society,people’s material living standards have been greatly improved.In recent years,with the continuous decline of students ’physical quality,the state has issued a series of policy documents,emphasizing that schools should carry out various scientific extracurricular sports activities to enhance students’ physical health.It is under the contradiction of students’ increasing demand for sports and insufficient supply of resources that school sports associations emerge at the historic moment.But,the development of many school sports associations is not optimistic due to the lack of support and guidance from the corresponding development.The relevant policy documents issued by the national government,sports and education related departments have all shown the great importance to school physical education and pointed out the importance of strengthening school physical education work.In this context,The paper is based on three theories,taking the current situation of primary school sports associations in Changde as the research object,taking the physical education teachers,participating students and parents of urban primary schools in Changde,Using field investigation,questionnaire survey,case study and other methods to study the primary school sports associations,On the basis of its relevant concepts,development background and development status quo,Analyzing its development dilemma and its influencing factors,And take the Changde Huaiyang Primary School football club as a case,On the basis of exploring its practical experience,we put forward the development path of urban sports associations in Changde,It provides theoretical reference for the healthy development of primary school sports associations in Changde.The research conclusions are as follows:(1)By analyzing the status of the primary schools,we find that the funds and field equipment of most schools cannot meet the requirements;the management and the project activities are uneven.The study believes that the development of primary school sports associations in Changde is gradually on the right track,but it still needs further development and improvement.(2)The practical difficulties of primary school sports community activities in Changde are mainly due to the lack of equipment resources;inefficient community activities;lack of social security and family support,and individual participation in associations.The main causes of these problems are: immature diversified participation;loopholes in system management;lack of financial allocation;inadequate functional organization and the ability of the school to meet the development of sports club activities.(3)Through the practical investigation of the football club of Huaiyang Primary School,the following experience should be obtained:the innovation of development mode,management system innovation,facilities and teachers team innovation,content and form innovation,community culture innovation,innovation of supervision and incentive means.(4)Finally,the path to promote the development of the leading government in the development of the sports community,strengthen the guiding role of the school,strengthen the innovative practice of the sports community activities;stimulate the power of the society,improve the professional level of the sports club;advocate the supporting role of the family,and enhance the support of the sports club.
