Research On The Materialized Development Of Guangdong Municipal Basketball Association

With the continuous reform of China’s sports system,single sports associations have been further developed,playing an increasingly important role in promoting the sustainable development of sports and innovating sports governance structures.The materialization of municipal single sports associations is an extension of the physical reform of national single sports associations,which is an inevitable trend of sports system reform and lays a solid foundation for the construction of a strong sports nation in China.Since the materialization of municipal basketball associations in Guangdong Province,it has brought new vitality and vigor to the basketball development in Guangdong Province,but how to make municipal basketball associations conform to the development requirements of the times and better play its role as a model and leader in grassroots sports has become an urgent problem to be solved.Using questionnaire survey method,expert interview method,case study method and other research methods,we have studied and analyzed the current situation of the development of the materialization of municipal basketball associations in Guangdong Province,and put forward the optimized countermeasures for the reform of the materialization of municipal basketball associations in Guangdong Province,taking into account the problems arising in the process of the materialization of municipal basketball associations in Guangdong Province.The main conclusions are as follows: 1.the extent of the materialization of municipal basketball associations in Guangdong Province is not high,and the overall view is still in the exploration stage of materialization.2.basketball associations at all levels,led by the China Basketball Association and the Guangdong Basketball Association,have a positive influence on the materialization of municipal basketball associations in Guangdong Province.3.there are four main types of interactions between municipal basketball associations and local government departments: close government-society relationship,semi-close government-society relationship,semi-close government-society relationship,and semi-close government-society relationship.4.In the internal environment of materialization,some associations have vague goals,insufficient constitution construction,imperfect governance institutions,governance mechanisms are not yet sound,lack of human resources,and insufficient blood-making capacity;In the external environment of materialization,the relationship between the association and the government is blurred,the cooperation between the government and the society needs to be established,the process of materialization is slowed by the inertia of the system,the transfer of government functions is not strong enough,the lack of effective external supervision mechanism and the relevant laws and regulations are not yet sound.We propose a strategy for the materialization development of municipal basketball associations in Guangdong Province from three dimensions,including government,association and society: the government should change its mindset,change its management of associations from "big responsibility" to "bold decentralization",and strengthen the supervision and management of associations.Supervision and management,to achieve "decoupling not decoupling".The association should clarify the development goals,do a good top-level design,improve the corporate governance system,introduce outstanding talents,and enhance the blood-making capacity.In terms of society,we should improve the supervision system of the association mainly by third-party supervision,strengthen the role of hub-type sports social organizations to support municipal basketball associations,and improve the construction of laws and regulations for individual sports associations.In order to achieve "good governance" in the field of sports,single sports associations should be led by party building,based on a good relationship between government and society,with different levels and different regions of the basketball association communication and cooperation as the core,to promote the exchange and interaction between various departments and subjects in the field of sports,and collaborate to promote the materialization of single sports associations.
