Research On The Development Dilemma And Optimization Path Of Sports Associations Of Provincial Universities In Suzhou

With the promotion of the national school physical education reform,the state has introduced various related policies to emphasize the importance of students’participation in extracurricular sports activities.As an important channel for college students to participate in extracurricular sports activities,college sports associations play an irreplaceable role in improving students’ physical health and promoting their all-round development.In order to further deepen the sustainable development of sports associations in colleges and universities under the guidance of national policies,this paper takes the development dilemma and optimization path of sports associations in provincial colleges and universities in Suzhou as the research object,uses the research methods of literature,questionnaire and mathematical statistics to sort out the development situation of sports associations in provincial colleges and universities in Suzhou,and analyzes the development dilemma of sports associations in provincial colleges and universities in Suzhou.In order to promote the long-term development of sports associations in provincial colleges and universities of Suzhou and to better play the positive role of sports associations in provincial colleges and universities of Suzhou,the optimization path is constructed from the five dimensions of system,structure,resources,organization and guarantee by using governance theory and resource dependence theory.This study draws the following conclusions:(1)The number of sports associations of provincial universities in Suzhou has reached the requirements issued by the Education Department of Jiangsu Province,and the sports associations are of various types.In terms of management,there are two management modes of sports associations.The first one is that the university Party committee entrusts the university Youth League Committee,and the university student Association Federation(" Social Association "for short)under the university Youth League Committee carries out the management of student associations;the second one is that the university Party Committee entrusts the university sports Department to directly manage each sports association.In the aspect of organizing activities,the sports associations of provincial universities in Suzhou have the characteristics of"specialization".In terms of funds,the main source of obtaining funds is to apply for school community activities project fund and collect dues;In terms of stability,the members of sports associations of provincial universities in Suzhou come from different majors and grades of the university,and the associations have strong mobility.(2)The development dilemmas of provincial sports associations in Suzhou can be divided into four categories:institutional dilemmas,structural dilemmas,resource dilemmas and organizational dilemmas.In the aspect of system,the system design is not comprehensive,and the internal regulations tend to be formal;In terms of structure,the internal management structure of the community is not perfect,and the democratic decision-making of major matters is lacking.In terms of resources,the resources required by sports associations are unstable and the ability of development and innovation is lacking.In the aspect of organization,sports associations have a single category and low development efficiency.(3)In view of the development difficulties existing in the development of sports associations of provincial universities in Suzhou,combined with the optimization ideas of standardization reform,socialization reform,specialization reform and classified reform,the paper explains five optimization paths,namely,the system path,improving the rules and regulations of sports associations of colleges and universities,and building a legal system with internal regulations as the core;Structure path,improve the internal management organization of sports associations,enhance the autonomy of the associations;Resource path,awaken the community needs to obtain multiple resources,improve the community innovation ability.Organization path,strengthen the characteristic construction of community,improve the effectiveness of community development.Guarantee path,improve the guarantee mechanism construction of college sports associations.In order to promote Suzhou provincial colleges sports associations better play its role.
