Study On The Entity Management Of Shanxi Provincial Individual Sports Associations

The materialization of individual sports associations is an important part of the "14th Five-Year Plan" for sports development,a major component of the construction of a sports power,and a powerful measure to promote the implementation of the national fitness strategy.Since the materialization of the individual sports association in Shanxi Province,certain results have been achieved,but there are still some problems.In this study,the development of the materialization process of individual sports associations in Shanxi Province was investigated by combing relevant data and literature,using field research,interviews and case studies,and dividing individual sports associations into all-Olympic sports associations and mass sports associations according to the project category,and selecting Shanxi Football Association and Shanxi Skipping Rope Sports Association respectively to analyze the materialization process.On this basis,the concept of collaborative governance is used to put forward corresponding suggestions for the problems existing in the process of materialization,in order to provide theoretical basis and practical reference for the development of individual sports associations in Shanxi Province.The conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)The overall materialization process of individual sports associations in Shanxi Province is slow overall.Its outstanding performance in public welfare activities and party building;However,the overall internal structure is not perfect;The problem of weak hematopoietic function and fewer hematopoietic channels.(2)The advantages of Shanxi Football Association are good performance in the event and pay attention to the construction of talent system;The disadvantage is that the internal organization lacks full-time personnel and the degree of industrialization is low.(3)The advantage of Shanxi Jump Rope Sports Association is that there are many types of competitions and they are younger,and there are certain hematopoietic channels;The disadvantages are that the association receives less government support,lacks party building system,low enthusiasm of internal personnel,and less training of coaches and referees.(4)Apply collaborative governance to the problems arising from the materialization of individual associations,and derive five collaborative governance mechanisms through each governance entity: cross-departmental coordination mechanism;nurturing support mechanisms;social monitoring mechanisms;Association autonomy mechanism;Party building supervision mechanism.According to the research conclusions,the following suggestions are given:(1)improve the internal organizational structure and promote the construction of the system;(2)Expand external business and increase hematopoietic channels;(3)Establish a standardized collaborative governance mechanism.
