| With the advent of the intelligent and information era,the traditional manufacturing industry has proposed intelligent manufacturing strategies to adapt to the development of the times and upgrade and transformation,while industrial robot related industries have received more and more attention as representative industries of intelligent manufacturing.Secondary vocational schools are the cradle of skilled talents in enterprises,so the professional courses of schools should also be flexibly adjusted in a timely manner according to the needs of enterprises and the development of the industry;At the same time,the course plays an extremely important role as a carrier of talent training plans.With the promulgation of the "1+X" certificate system,the integration of research certificates has become a top priority,so the current "Industrial Robot Application and Maintenance" course has been improved and optimized in the teaching process.In this study,a large number of literature materials are obtained through relevant research methods,the teaching status of industrial robot courses is analyzed,and typical work tasks are used to carry out the reform and development of course integration.The process includes:designing and integrating curriculum development ideas and defining relevant core concepts;Using the comprehensive investigation method and inductive summary method,the secondary vocational school and related industrial robot enterprises were investigated in depth,and the requirements of enterprises for industrial robot operation and maintenance talents,the "Industrial Robot Application and Maintenance" course opened by secondary vocational schools and the teaching status were obtained,and finally a feasibility study plan was formulated.According to the survey,at present,the teaching content of the industrial robot application and maintenance major in secondary vocational schools lags behind the production of enterprises,is out of touch with social development,and the teaching form and method are rigid and single,which is difficult to arouse students’ interest,and the course certificate is not integrated and the implementation is not in place.In view of the above problems,this study conducts certification and development research on the application and maintenance of industrial robots under the "1+X" certificate system: 1)Determine five typical tasks: industrial robot standard operation safety,foundation and application,installation and use,related peripheral equipment,system maintenance and overhaul;2)Analyze the course standards,enterprise job requirements,and "industrial robot operation and maintenance" certificate skill requirements,and integrate the three;3)Design teaching standards,reconstruct teaching content,teaching implementation and formulate evaluation systems according to the characteristics of the integrated curriculum of this study to achieve the integration of course certificates;4)Carry out course teaching based on the task-driven method and then analyze its effect.The results show that the use of integrated curriculum teaching can arouse students’ stronger interest,effectively enhance students’ comprehensive learning ability of theoretical and practical knowledge,and have good teaching effects,providing theoretical and practical reference for future related research. |
