As the core course of the industrial robot technology application major in vocational school,"Integrated Application of Industrial Robots" plays a crucial role in cultivating industrial robot technology skilled talents.However,there are currently problems in the teaching of this course,such as insufficient connection between course content and job requirements,scattered organization of course content,and single evaluation method.The "Job Course Competition Certificate" integrates four fields:industry,education,competition,and certification,playing an important role in improving the quality of talent cultivation and meeting the job requirements of enterprises.This study through the analysis and combing the secondary vocational curriculum development research status,"post class card" financing and related core concepts,the system of research the industrial robot manufacturing application talent demand and job requirements,to explore secondary vocational talent training plan and the industrial robot integrated application course teaching status,summarizes the secondary industrial robot integrated application course many problems existing in the teaching.In view of the problem,the development of "Industrial Robot Integrated Application" : First,typical job tasks are identified and analyzed,including but not limited to debugging of industrial robot mechanical and electrical systems,industrial robot application programming,communication configuration and debugging of industrial robot workstations,and maintenance of industrial robots.Second,the "Robot Technology Application" competition question bank in the National Vocational Skills Competition and the skill requirements of the "Integrated Application of Industrial Robots" certificate are deeply researched and analyzed to find commonalities between "jobcourse-competition-certificate." Third,course development research is conducted from four aspects: the formulation of teaching standards,the reconstruction of teaching content,the design of teaching implementation,and the formulation of evaluation systems to achieve the integration of "job-course-competition-certificate." Fourth,project-based teaching methods and collaborative exploration methods are utilized to implement teaching,and in-depth analysis and summary of teaching effectiveness are conducted.The "job-course-competition-certificate" "Integrated integrated course for Ap plication of Industrial Robots" in vocational education not only strengthens stud ents’ knowledge foundation but also enhances their comprehensive qualities and abilities.It provides valuable reference for the development of similar courses. |
