With the development of science and technology,China’s manufacturing industry has entered a new stage of development,and high-level and high-quality development has become the main theme of the present.The advancement of manufacturing industry greatly relies on industrial robots,which serve as a crucial catalyst for upgrades and transformation.As the industry enters a new stage of development,there is an increased demand for skilled personnel who possess expertise in industrial robot technology.To meet the requirements of the times and the national development strategy,it is necessary to timely adjust the training of industrial robot skilled personnel in Secondary Vocational Schools,and cultivate new skilled personnel who can adapt to the development of the times and social demands.The comprehensive education of Post Course Competition Certificate integrates the education requirements of the four major systems,which is conducive to promoting the integration of industry and education and improving the quality of talent training.Based on the Post Course Competition Certificate integrates,this article conducted a course development research on Industrial Robot Installation and Commissioning in Secondary Vocational Schools.On the basis of reading relevant literature,this study through investigation and interview,to understand the current situation of enterprise talent demand,curriculum teaching status and vocational skills certificate skills requirements,and then the Secondary Vocational Schools Industrial Robot Installation and Commissioning curriculum development.The research includes the following contents: First,make clear the position distribution and talent demand of industrial robot related enterprises through enterprise survey and interview,and understand the current teaching status and existing problems of industrial robot through school survey;Second,analyze the Robot Technology Application contest items in the National Vocational College Skills Competition and Industrial Robot Operation and Maintenance,Industrial Robot System Operator certificate skill requirements;Third,the three typical tasks of Industrial Robot Installation and Commissioning,Industrial Robot Operation and Programming,and Industrial Robot System Maintenance are determined through the interview of enterprise experts.The requirements of post vocational ability are defined through the analysis of typical tasks-Industrial Robot Installation and Commissioning;Fourth,define the course development path,formulate the integrated course standards of Industrial Robot Installation and Commissioning of Post Course Competition Certificate,organize the course learning content,divide the learning projects,and formulate the course evaluation plan;Fifth,design teaching implementation cases based on action-oriented teaching method;Sixth,develop curriculum resources and make evaluation plan according to the characteristics of students;finally,based on the action-oriented teaching model,the Post Course Competition Certificate integrated course teaching implementation of Industrial Robot Installation and Commissioning was carried out and the teaching effect was analyzed.Industrial Robot Installation and Commissioning Post Course Competition Certificate integration course integrates the job requirements,skill competition assessment items and certificate skill requirements,which is conducive to the integration of industry and education and improves the comprehensive quality of students.Teaching experiments show that of Industrial Robot Installation and Commissioning based on the Integration of Post Course Competition Certificate in Secondary Vocational Schools is helpful to cultivate students’ professional skills in mechanical,electrical installation,operation and debugging of industrial robots,and promotes students’ comprehensive vocational ability training and future career development.
