With the acceleration of China’s industrialization process and the advent of the era of digital production,industrial robots have also ushered in a wave of important upgrading and transformation.The assembly,regulation,programming and development of industrial robots to achieve a variety of different production tasks require a huge demand for technical and skilled personnel.Therefore,the talent training of secondary vocational education in China is facing new challenges.Under the background that vocational education helps China Intelligent Manufacturing,secondary vocational education related to industrial robots urgently needs transformation and development..Curriculum reform is the core of school personnel training,in order to adapt to the current background of vocational education reform,the author based on the literature research,using questionnaire survey,observation and interview method to investigate the industrial robot industry enterprises and secondary vocational industrial robot training course status.Aiming at the reform of practical training curriculum,this study investigates the actual needs and the current situation of the curriculum,takes the employment demand as the guidance,and carries out the project-based development of industrial robot practical training curriculum based on the theory of working process systematization curriculum..By summarizing and analyzing the survey results,the current job requirements of the industrial robot industry and the current situation and problems of industrial robot training courses in secondary vocational schools are understood,and the training courses of Industrial Robot Application and Maintenance are developed based on the relevant theories of work system,including determining the training course objectives,analyzing typical work tasks and developing four training projects.The training task case of installation of industrial robot control cabinet in the training project is designed and implemented.The purpose is to actively explore the industrial robot enterprise actual production needs of the working process and training courses closely,realize the secondary vocational students directly in the enterprise production atmosphere for training teaching,through the teaching results contrast to explore the feasibility of training courses.The curriculum design of Industrial Robot Application and Maintenance can realize the connection between courses and posts,and integrate professional knowledge,professional ability and professional characteristics into the curriculum teaching.Hope to enhance the adaptability of training courses to social and economic development,improve the quality of teaching,help students find jobs,so as to promote the development of China’s industrial robot industry and enterprise transformation.It is hoped that this study can play a certain reference role in the education reform of industrial robots in secondary vocational education,and provide a certain reference for the development of manufacturing training courses in secondary vocational education. |
