With the introduction of vocational education reform programs such as "1+X certificate system" and "post class competition certificate" in recent years,the relationship between curriculum and certificate has become closer,and "course certificate integration" as a new vocational education curriculum reform concept has emerged at this time.The integrated teaching of the course certificate can better help secondary vocational students improve the vocational ability of the corresponding professional positions,and the upgrade characteristics of the certificate can also promote the long-term development of students,and cultivate the corresponding compound technical skills talents needed for the development of the country and the industry.This research first analyzes and summarizes the current situation of course integration and industrial robot course construction at home and abroad through the literature method,analyzes the research trend of related topics and the research value and research route of this research,and elaborates on the core concepts and theoretical access of this research.Using the literature method,interview method and questionnaire survey method,the vocational skill certificates related to the course were screened and analyzed,the current status of the "Industrial Robot Operation and Programming" course and the current status of student examination were investigated and studied,and the problems existing in the teaching of the current "Middle-level Industrial Robot Operation and Programming" course in secondary vocational schools were obtained,and the necessity of teaching design for course certificate integration was analyzed.Starting from the current problems,the teaching design of "Industrial Robot Operation and Programming" based on curriculum integration is carried out,and the implementation path of teaching design from four dimensions such as teaching objectives,teaching content,teaching process and teaching evaluation is proposed.According to the design requirements of the implementation path,the specific content is designed from four dimensions,and the typical teaching cases in the course are studied in practice,and the teaching effect is analyzed from three aspects:pre-test and post-test results,teaching case learning goal achievement and teaching recognition through quasi-experimental method and questionnaire survey method.From the analysis of the teaching implementation effect,it can be seen that the teaching design based on the integration of course certificates,fully integrates the vocational skills certificate standards,significantly improves the students’ industrial robot operation and programming ability,and the students’ learning goals and teaching satisfaction have also reached a high level,it can be seen that the teaching design based on the integration of course certificates helps to improve the quality of course teaching,optimize the professional course system,and promote the reform and development of the teaching of middle-level industrial robot professional courses,which is "Industrial Robot Operation and Programming" Curriculum teaching reform and development provides practical cases and references. |
