In recent years,with the rise of a new round of manufacturing revolution,industrial robots,as the main representative of the new round of manufacturing revolution,have been widely used in electronics,automobiles,home appliances and other industries.However,since industrial robots are still an emerging industry in China,there is still a shortage of talents in the field of industrial robots,especially the shortage of highly skilled front-line workers.This puts forward new requirements for secondary vocational schools,one of the main positions for the cultivation of skilled talents in China.The curriculum is the core of secondary vocational education,so the development of industrial robot courses in secondary vocational schools is imperative.The curriculum development paradigm of systematic work process is adopted,and the professional grade appraisal standard of industrial robot in 1+X certificate system is used.First of all,the typical working process is summarized.Through the method of induction and generalization,each discrete work process in the vocational skill grade standard is summarized as a typical work process.Secondly,according to the principle that the nature of work is the same and the dimension of action is the same,as well as the complexity of ability,the typical work tasks are classified into action areas.Thirdly,according to the law of career growth and cognition,the field of action is reconstructed and transformed into the field of learning.Finally,Based on typical tasks,transform learning areas into specific learning situations.In order to enrich the curriculum,course resources such as industrial robot virtual disassembly software,online 3D model display interface,and industrial robot laser cutting workstation and so on have also been developed.This enables students to make full use of a variety of resources such as in and out of class,online and offline,virtual and reality,so as to greatly improving the learning efficiency.
