The opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening labor education in primary and secondary schools in the new era issued by the CPC Central Committee in 2019 clearly put forward that in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,we should strengthen labor education in primary and secondary schools,so as to comprehensively improve the quality of education and teaching.In today's society,people pay more and more attention to labor education,which is also an important way to promote the all-round development of students.Therefore,the better implementation of labor education,the development of students' labor literacy has an important practical role and significance.Firstly,this paper analyzes the literature on labor education and labor literacy at home and abroad.On this basis,the emphasis on the elementary theory of part of the labor quality,analyzes the primary connotation of labor quality,and through the related policy documents carding,has been clear about the elementary composition of labor quality factors include:labor consciousness,cognition,emotion,Labour willpower,behavior habit,Labour creativity in six aspects.Secondly,taking the definition of the connotation of labor education as the entry point,this paper analyzes the development process of labor education,and thus draws a new perspective of the development of primary school labor education in the new period--aiming at promoting the development of students' labor quality,and focuses on the analysis of the relationship between labor quality and labor education.In contrast,this study is devoted to using the methods of literature analysis,questionnaire,interview and class case analysis to analyze and explore the problems and causes of current primary school students' labor literacy.It is concluded that there are a lot of problems in primary school students' labor literacy in our country,which are manifested as:weak labor consciousness,lack of cognition,low attitude towards labor,low emotional enthusiasm,and still to be improved in terms of behavioral habits and creativity.To deeply analyze the causes of the problems can be concluded that the main influence factors affecting the development of students' labor accomplishment from society,family,school and student individual level,the concrete embodiment of the influence of the relevant policy documents,parents' education concept and content of school education,students play their own subjective initiative etc.In view of this,this study proposes the following strategies to cultivate the labor literacy of primary school students.First,the value goal of labor education should be obvious,and the labor education aimed at the development of primary school students'labor literacy should be clear;second,the resources of labor education should be expanded;third,the guarantee mechanism of labor education system should be improved;fourth,the cooperation and coordination between labor Educators and schools should be strengthened;fifth,students should be guided to actively participate in labor practice. |
