In recent years,"the fact of unsupported children" has gradually attracted the attention of all walks of life,and has been incorporated into the child welfare security system.However,the lack of family education and unsound self-cognition lead to a variety of emotional problems,the fact that unsupported children’s healthy growth is seriously affected.Therefore,it is necessary to cultivate the emotional management ability of this group,so as to better adapt to the society and promote their rational emotions.This study relies on the service project of C social work agency,takes social learning theory as the theoretical basis,and uses cognitive behavioral therapy model.investigates the emotional problems and emotional needs of 21 unsupported children in Y county through participatory observation and interviewing method,and analyzes the emotional problems existing in this group.First of all,the macro level of social support is limited;secondly,the lack of peer group support at the meso-level;finally,individual emotional traits at the micro level are poor.After comprehensive sorting and comparison,selects Little D,a child whose emotional problems are urgent,urgent and inclusive,as the subject of this study.It is found that he mainly has such emotional problems as negative self-evaluation,low sense of self-identity,obvious emotional polarization,poor emotional control,and family parent-child relationship tension.Under the guidance of ecosystem theory and dominant perspective theory,researchers conducted case intervention for little D through multiple activities.First,establish a trusting,supportive professional relationship based on the initial contact.Secondly,direct case service is used to guide clients to correctly understand emotions,correct irrational cognition,correctly vent emotions and help clients realize self-emotional control.Then,indirect services from families,schools and communities are used to help clients establish a good parent-child relationship,improve peer group communication and promote effective integration into the community.Through the use of professional skills and knowledge of case work,the clients gradually realize the reconstruction of self-cognition,self-affirmation,focus on emotional needs,and master certain emotional management methods.Finally,this paper reflects from the perspective of social work and service pattern.According to each service stage,professional knowledge should be flexibly used to give full play to its advantages,to help clients with rational cognition,improve their emotional control ability,and further explore a reasonable path for case work to intervene in improving the emotional management ability of unsupported children. |
