A Study On Case Social Work Intervention In Deviation Behavior Of Factual Orphans

With the development of child welfare undertakings,Factual Orphans have gradually attracted the attention of all sectors of society,and the country has also paid more and more attention to the development of Factual Orphans.At present,Factual Orphans have various deviant behaviors due to their own deviations in concept,lack of family education,weak social support networks and other reasons,which not only seriously affects the healthy development of children themselves,but also adversely affects the harmony and stability of society.This research relied on a support center for orphans and needy children in Jinan and chose the representative child D as the service object.And through interviews and observations,social worker found that the service object has deviations such as poor living habits,poor learning adaptability,and interpersonal barriers to behavior.This study used the psycho-social therapy model to conduct casework intervention in service object to correct his deviant behavior and promote his healthy growth.This intervention mainly included four stages.The first was the relationship building,it mainly narrowed the distance with the service object and established a trusting relationship;The second stage was the direct treatment stage,which provided services to the service object himself and reduced the number of deviant behaviors by improving cognitive deviation and tapping the dominant potential;The third stage was the indirect treatment stage.It mainly treated the social environment of the service object and served the service object through the intervention in the environment;The last stage was the consolidation and development stage.It mainly consolidated the service effectiveness and prepared for closing this case.Through case evaluation,social worker found that the basic goals in living habits,learning adaptability and interpersonal communication have basically been achieved,and the deviant behavior of the service object has also been significantly improved.Practice has proved that case work is effective in improving the deviant behavior of Factual Orphans.And improving the deviant behavior of Factual Orphans requires the joint efforts of their children,families,schools and society.Finally,the author reflected on the social worker,the mode of intervention,the guardianship responsibilities of the Factual Orphans,and the social assistance model of the Factual Orphans.For the sake of Factual Orphans development,this study proposed the following suggestions: Improve the resilience of Factual Orphans;Improve the educational concept of guardian;Strengthen quality education in school;Establish a help model linked by the five social organizations;Accelerate to give the impetus to the overall construction of social work stations;Promote the real implementation of relevant identification policies for Factual Orphans.
