A Study On Group Work Involved In The Social Adaptation Problem Of "factual Orphans" In Jiaozhou Rural Areas

In recent years,as the social problems of the "factual orphans" group continue to emerge,this long-term marginalized group has come into the public view.For the rural "factual orphans",because their parents have no ability to take care of them,they cannot be taught and cared for,and they cannot form good social adaptation ability.In addition,because they live in the countryside,they can get few resources and attention,the double lack of material and spirit makes them show lonely and rebellious mood.The author found through fieldwork that the multiple difficulties faced by rural "factual orphans" lead to more serious social adaptation problems,and their social maladjustment may even cause potential social risks in the future.Therefore,it is particularly important to help rural "factual orphans" to enhance their adaptability and improve social adaptation problem.In this paper,we take "factual orphans" in the rural areas of Jiaozhou City as the research object.This paper uses a combination of quantitative and qualitative research to collect and analyse data on rural "factual orphans" of Jiaozhou City,to explore their social adaptation problem.And the paper uses social learning theory,cognitive-behavioural theory and advantage theory as the theoretical basis,and uses the group work approach to intervene and help them solve their problems.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part introduces the background and significance of the study,understands the current status of the study by searching and combing relevant literature,and uses social adjustment questionnaires for rural children,participant observation and interviews as research methods for data collection.The second part defines the important concepts and theoretical foundations;the third part describes the current situation of social adaptation of rural "factual orphans" in Jiaozhou city based on the data analysis and the interview results,and analyzes the causes of its social adaptation problems from the micro,medium and macro levels;The fourth part designs the implementation plan of the group work for the outstanding performance of its social adaptation problems,and describes the seven times of group work practice process and group evaluation.It is found that the group work can effectively improve the rural "factual orphans" social adaptation problem.The last part is to reflect on the work process of the group,and put forward relevant suggestions for the protection of rural "factual orphans" from the family,government and social levels,in order to help the rural "factual orphans" effectively adapt to the society and achieve a state of coordination and balance with the social environment.
