“Combining education with productive Labor”is an educational principle and principle that the party and the country have always adhered to.Since the 19 th National Congress of the Party,General Secretary Xi Jinping has issued a series of important statements on labor education,the emphasis is put on the cultivation of labor quality,labor concept,labor spirit,labor ability,labor attitude and quality,which endows Labor Education with new connotation and enriches the Labor education system in the new era.In 2020,the CPC Central Committee and the State Council issued the opinions on comprehensively strengthening labor education in universities,middle schools and primary schools in the new era.The document proposed “To strengthen the overall planning of the government,broaden the Labor education channels,integration of the family,schools,social forces.”.In order to fully deploy the Labor education in universities,middle schools and primary schools in the new era,we must not only attach importance to the labor education in schools,but also strengthen the role of the family in training students’ labor consciousness and ability,must attach great importance to the establishment and implementation of the new mechanism of home-school cooperation.Through literature research,questionnaires,interviews and other forms,this study further studies the strategy of home-school cooperation in Primary School Labor Education.Based on the theory of Marxism on the all-round development of human beings,life education and participatory management,this paper sorts out the current research situation at home and abroad,and combines the theoretical basis of home-school co-education with the connotation of labor education in the new era,to consolidate the understanding foundation of the research on home-school cooperation in Primary School Labor Education,and to investigate and interview the current situation of home-school cooperation in primary school labor education,it is found that the current home-school cooperation mechanism and practice are out of line,lack of planning,lack of sustainability and other issues.In view of the problem center,this paper puts forward some effective ways and methods for the co-education of family and school in the Labor education,such as promoting the organization construction,clarifying the responsibilities,coordinating the educational forces,etc..The research results will provide references for theoretical researchers to further enrich the related theoretical framework of home-school co-education in primary school labor education,and also build a benign home-school co-education mechanism in primary school,effective implementation of labor education to provide practical path support.
