| The primary school labor education curriculum is an important way for students to carry out labor education.China has repeatedly emphasized the important position and role of labor education in the entire primary school curriculum at conferences on education,and regarded labor education curriculum as an important way to cultivate talents.Carrying out labor education courses in primary school plays an important guiding role in cultivating good labor habits,cultivating independent personality,inheriting noble qualities,and promoting students’ comprehensive development.Therefore,it must be given attention.However,in order to improve the quality of primary school labor education curriculum,it is difficult to accomplish this important task solely by the efforts of schools and teachers,and it also requires the participation and support of parents and the community.This article adopts a questionnaire survey method,selecting 100 teachers and 340 parents from three public primary schools in H city as the research subjects.After a brief understanding of the current situation of home school cooperation and the implementation of labor education courses in the three primary schools,the "Survey on the Current Situation of Home School Cooperation in the Implementation of Primary School Labor Education Curriculum(Teacher Volume)" and "Survey on the Current Situation of Home School Cooperation in the Implementation of Primary School Labor Education Curriculum(Parent Volume)" were compiled,For issues that cannot be addressed in the questionnaire,in-depth interviews were conducted with 6 teachers and 6 parents to further understand the current situation of home school cooperation in the implementation of primary school labor education curriculum.By analyzing survey data,the problems in home school cooperation in the current implementation process of primary school labor curriculum in H city were summarized,as well as the reasons for the problems.The survey found that parents and teachers have a willingness to cooperate in the implementation of labor education courses.However,according to the questionnaire and interview results,there are problems with unclear responsibility boundaries,weak cooperation awareness,limited cooperation methods,and narrow cooperation content in the implementation of primary school labor education courses.Exploring the causes from the social,school,and teacher levels based on the current situation,mainly manifested in the social aspects:inadequate implementation of policies,gaps with actual implementation,insufficient legal protection,lack of family participation in school education rights,insufficient budget,lack of labor education funds,insufficient atmosphere,and ineffective promotion of family school cooperation;At the school level:the school management system is blocked,the curriculum is arranged improperly,and the investment in family school cooperation resources is insufficient;At the teacher level:inadequate performance of responsibilities,biased understanding of home school cooperation,and lack of planning in the teaching process.Propose improvement strategies for home school cooperation in response to the above issues and reasons.At the social level:providing relevant legal protection,strengthening the promotion of family school cooperation,building a cooperation practice platform,and improving the labor teacher team;At the school level:establish a correct concept of home school cooperation,create a cooperative atmosphere that loves labor,and expand channels for home school cooperation;At the teacher level,change educational concepts,enhance cooperation awareness,actively encourage students,enhance labor confidence,and guide parents to create an atmosphere of love for labor;At the parent level:lead by example,set an example,praise children’s labor achievements,and actively participate in cooperation.The aim of this study is to provide reference for schools and teachers to carry out home school cooperation,help parents and teachers better carry out the work of primary school labor education curriculum,and ensure the efficient operation of home school cooperation in the implementation of primary school labor education curriculum. |
