Education is the foundation of a century-long plan.In recent years,labor education has gradually been put on the agenda,and the Ministry of Education actively carries out labor education,aiming at cultivating students’ labor consciousness and labor skills.Labor education is an important component of the all-round development of the education system,which is of great significance to the full implementation of the Party’s educational policy and the realization of the fundamental task of cultivating virtues and cultivating people.In the new curriculum standard of labor education,it is required that schools should actively cooperate with families and communities when implementing labor curriculum,and build an integrated labor education environment of "home-school-community".Primary school is the foundation stage of the formation of students’ labor literacy.The home-school cooperation in labor education can promote the formation of children’s labor literacy and improve the quality of labor education.The research on labor education and home-school cooperation at home and abroad has been in a perfect stage,with abundant theoretical and practical researches.However,there are few studies on homeschool cooperation in labor education,and no systematic studies have been formed.Moreover,the improvement measures proposed by researchers for the cooperation between labor educators and schools are mostly theoretical,with poor practical operation.In addition,most researchers are ordinary front-line teachers,who mainly focus on the statement of practical status and experience,with weak theory and insufficient comprehensive and in-depth research.Therefore,in order to understand the current situation of home-school cooperation in primary school labor education,this study selected X Primary School in Yinchuan City as the research object to investigate the current situation.Based on the research results of domestic and foreign experts and scholars on labor education and home-school cooperation as well as home-school cooperation in labor education,this study determined the main points and basic contents of this study,and made an overall understanding and grasp of the current situation of home-school cooperation in labor education.The current situation of X Primary School in Yinchuan was investigated by means of questionnaire,interview and observation.The following three problems are studied in detail:first,to investigate the current situation of home-school cooperation in primary school labor education;The second is to find out the existing problems of home-school cooperation in primary school labor education and make attribution analysis;Third,put forward the optimization strategy of home-school cooperation in primary school labor education.The research process is carried out according to the following steps:First,select the research object and determine the research method;Secondly,the questionnaire and interview outline of home-school cooperation in labor education were prepared.The questionnaire included student papers and parents’ papers,and the reliability and validity of the questionnaire were analyzed by SPSS25.00 software.Thirdly,collect and analyze the data to find the problems and find the reasons;Finally,the optimization strategy is proposed according to the problems and reasons.The main research results are as follows:At present,the difficulties of home-school cooperation in X Primary school labor education are as follows:the recognition of school-school cooperation by labor educators is one-sided;The content of labor educator school cooperation should be simplified;The way of labor educator school cooperation is simple;School cooperation responsibility of labor educators is not fully implemented;Labor educator school cooperation policy guarantee is not perfect;The school cooperative evaluation system of labor educators is not perfectAfter further thinking about the predicament,the reasons are analyzed from the three levels of school,family and society.At the school level,the reasons are that the leading role of the school is not fully played,including:The lack of teachers in school labor education,the lack of professional training of teachers,the lack of effective school labor education guidance to families,the lack of labor educator school cooperation system and the inadequate use of resources in school;At the family level,the main responsibilities of the family are not fully implemented,including:parents’ lack of understanding of labor education,lack of innovation in the content of family labor education and parents’ low participation in home-school cooperation;At the social level,the reason is that the construction of social support services is incomplete,including:the lack of social supervision system and social labor education atmosphere is not strong.On this basis,following the relevant principles of home-school cooperation in current labor education,the researchers propose improvement strategies for X Primary School:first,change the concept and face up to the value of cooperation between labor educators and schools;The second is to pool the wisdom and innovate the content of labor educator school cooperation;Third,full cooperation,to enrich the ways of cooperation between labor educators and schools;Fourthly,we should improve the cooperative system of labor educators.Fifthly,each performs its own duties and clarifies the responsibility of labor educator school cooperation;Sixth,we should strengthen overall planning to ensure the cooperation between labor educators and schools.Through the analysis and research of the current situation and predicament of home-school cooperation in the labor education of X primary school and its improvement strategies,we strive to carry out home-school cooperation in the labor education of Yinchuan primary school in a healthy and efficient way,and promote students to form a good quality of love and respect for labor.
