Since the promulgation of the new curriculum,the leading role in promoting the physical health of primary school students has been given full play,in which the development of a linkage between home,school and community is an important value orientation and target system embedded in the new curriculum.However,influenced by many factors,the implementation of the new curriculum has seen an increase in the requirements for education,and the lack of teachers and mismatched systems have affected the process of implementing the new curriculum.Therefore,it is particularly important for schools,families and communities to link up in order to reduce the pressure on school physical education and to seize the critical period of students’ physical development,so as to ensure that the vertical and horizontal structures are linked up to provide primary school students with a good exercise environment and orderly physical activity.In this study,the current situation of the development of the linkage between home,school and community in primary school sports in the urban area of Hohhot was studied.Three primary schools in each of the districts of Huimin,Xincheng,Saihan and Yuzhuan were selected for data collection,and primary school physical education teachers,parents and community members were surveyed in order to study the development of the linkage between home,school and community primary school sports,and the problems in the development of the linkage between primary school sports in the urban area of Hohhot An in-depth investigation was conducted,and a scientific and objective summary and analysis was carried out.The main findings are as follows:1.Family linkage: Parents have a high level of support for their children’s sports,but in terms of overall cooperation with the home-school community linkage,parents have a low level of cooperation with the community,and still continue the traditional home-school linkage model,without sufficient recognition of community sports,thus hindering the development of home-school community linkage.2.School linkage: School leaders and physical education teachers are more supportive of home-school-community linkage,but there is a lack of implementation and financial investment at the practical level,mainly due to the lack of funding and the backwardness of sports facilities and equipment.Moreover,the number of school-community linkages is low and there is a lack of awareness of community linkages,and schools do not play a leading role in home-school-community linkages.3.Community linkage level: On the one hand,the lack of professional social sports instructors and the lack of facilities make the number of community sports activities low.On the other hand,there is a lack of specific implementation policies,thus not playing the role of the community in the development of home-school-community linkage.4.Influencing factor level: By determining the factors through principal component analysis and maximum variance rotation method,the factors of family sports linkage development include parental cognitive support factor and parental involvement factor;school factors include teacher cognitive factor,leadership support factor and parental perception factor;community factors include community organization and management cognitive factor and community-family interaction factor.The results of the study showed that families,schools and communities all expressed significant support for home-school-community linkage in elementary school sports,but there are still major obstacles to the development of home-school-community linkage in elementary school sports in terms of specific implementation.Family,school and community resources are not shared,and there is no complete cooperation between family,school and community,so the home-school-community linkage is still at the theoretical and conscious level.The recommendations are as follows:1.Family linkage level: Parents are more supportive of their children’s sports,and they will invest money,energy and time to help their children play sports.However,parents do not know enough about home-school community linkage.Parents only limit themselves to linkage education with schools and do not realize that their children can also play sports through community activities and school activities together,which hinders the development of home-school community linkage.2.School linkage level: Schools should improve teaching facilities to ensure the quality of home-school community linkage.To address the problem of school teaching facilities,schools should increase financial investment and improve the funding allocation mechanism.Schools can increase the number of linkages with the community,carry out more activities related to community sports activities,and play a leading role in the school.3.Community linkage level: introduce community sports instructors to fill the gap of community sports.Increase the quota of social sports instructor positions at the community level,develop specific implementation plans for community sports,increase the breadth and depth of community sports activities,and play the role of the community in the development of home-school-community linkages for elementary school sports.Increase publicity and awareness of home-school-community linkages.Build community and school-wide autonomous self-media communication platforms,using the Internet to supplement traditional publicity inefficiencies and increase parents’ awareness of the main body of the home-school-community linkage for elementary school sports.4.Build a resource-sharing mechanism: improve the efficiency of home-school-community linkage.To build a sharing mechanism for teachers,facilities and equipment,information,etc.,increase the construction of community sports venues and facilities,form resource sharing and real-time interaction among the three subjects of the home-school-society linkage,and at the same time build a coordinating and collaborative management body to monitor the specific arrangements of the home-school-society linkage in real time and make timely adjustments,so as to guarantee the improvement of the synergy of the home-school-society linkage.
