| In recent years,labor education has increasingly become the focus of social attention.Home-school cooperation means that parents and schools share the responsibility of children ’s growth.Compared with other subject courses,the value of home-school cooperation is more obvious in the primary school labor curriculum.Based on this,schools began to actively explore and reform the home-school cooperation model in the implementation of labor curriculum.In order to further understand the situation of home-school cooperation in the implementation of labor curriculum,this study selected parents and teachers in the third section of two primary schools in Q city as the research objects to investigate the current situation.First of all,by consulting and sorting out the literature on labor education and home-school cooperation,we can understand the previous research results,and analyze the necessity of home-school cooperation in the implementation of labor curriculum from the perspective of labor curriculum standards.Secondly,through the use of questionnaires and interviews,we can understand the problems and causes of home-school cooperation in the implementation of labor courses in two primary schools in Q city.The main problems include:the cooperation between home and school is not deep enough,the implementation of cooperation is not in place,and the effect of cooperation is not ideal.Again,in view of the existing problems,mining the causes of the problems.The specific analysis is as follows:the solidification of traditional concepts affects the consensus of cooperation,the insufficient supply of resources restricts the implementation of cooperation,and the absence of institutional guarantee affects the effect of cooperation.Finally,the following improvement strategies are proposed for the problem:home school changes the original labor concept and deepens the cognition of cooperation;home-school cooperation enriches labor resources and expands sources of cooperation;infiltrating labor education in various ways to create cooperative characteristics;do a good job in labor education security and consolidate the results of cooperation.The current research mostly focuses on the home-school cooperation of labor education and other disciplines in the fields of ordinary colleges and vocational education,and there are few studies on home-school cooperation involving labor education in the compulsory stage.From the perspective of home-school cooperation,this study aims to improve students ’ labor literacy,which is targeted and innovative.Due to various factors,only two primary schools are selected as the survey objects,which has an impact on the comprehensiveness of the survey and needs to be continuously improved. |
