Research On The After-school Service Of Physical Education In Qionglai Primary School Under The Background Of "double Reduction "

In July 2021,the General Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the General Office of the State Council issued the Opinions on Further Reducing the Burden of Students’ Homework and Off-school Training at the Stage of Compulsory Education(hereinafter referred to as the Opinions),which indicated that carrying out colorful after-school services is an important measure to reduce the burden of students’ heavy homework and off-school training(hereinafter referred to as "double reduction"),and also to reduce the burden of students and parents,An effective way to promote the development of students’ physical and mental health.In order to implement the Opinions,improve the after-school service level of the school,meet the diverse needs of students,and better cultivate a new generation of people with comprehensive development of morality,intelligence,physical fitness,beauty and labor,Qionglai has carried out after-school service level improvement in primary schools since 2021.Physical education after-school service is an important part of after-school service level improvement,but there are many problems in the implementation process.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the development of after-school physical education service in primary schools in Qionglai.This paper takes the after-school service of primary school physical education in Qionglai City as the research object,and uses the literature data method,mathematical statistics method,interview method and other research methods to study the current situation,existing problems and causes,and optimization strategies of the after-school service of primary school physical education in Qionglai City,and draws the following conclusions : 1.There are some difficulties in the after-school service of primary school physical education in Qionglai City,such as the deviation of home and school cognition,the single after-school service content,the insufficient after-school service teachers,and the imperfect after-school service system.The reasons for the problems are the lack of after-school service resources,the fuzzy boundary of after-school service rights and responsibilities,the insufficient function of after-school service mechanism,and the inconsistent service demands of home and school.The strategies for optimizing the after-school service of primary school physical education in Qionglai City are as follows : 1.Strengthen the construction of curriculum resources and enrich the content of after-school service;2.Integrate the strength of teacher resources and improve the quality of service after physical education;3.Strengthen organizational support,improve after-school service management mechanism;4.Optimize the supply of after-school services and implement diversified after-school services.
