At present,our country has not yet established a perfect after-school trusteeship service system,and many families are troubled by the problem of after-school student trusteeship.As a measure to solve the problem of parents picking up their children from school,the after-school trusteeship service in primary schools is related to the vital interests of parents and the healthy growth of children.It is of great practical significance to study the problem of after-school trusteeship and its solutions.By using the methods of questionnaire and interview,this study takes T primary school in Tianhe District of Guangzhou City as the research object,and deeply understands the current situation of "free trusteeship service" and "personalized trusteeship service" of T primary school from the aspects of service content,service time,trusteeship teachers,trusteeship environment,trusteeship curriculum,class number,service charge,safety guarantee etc.Analyzes the existence of two kinds of school trusteeship services to provide optimization strategies for school administrators and local education departments.The results show that: most parents think that the problem of "receiving children from school" has been alleviated;T primary school has a good hosting environment;the size of the class is appropriate;personalized hosting service fees are reasonable.However,there are some problems in T primary school,such as the service time and course still can’t meet the needs of some parents,the low willingness of teachers to participate in the trusteeship service,the lack of security measures,the implementation effect of individualized curriculum is not ideal,the instability of teachers and low level of teachers.These problems are mainly due to the lack of relevant primary school after-school trusteeship service system guarantee and insufficient investment of guarantee funds;the limited educational resources of the school,the imperfect trusteeship management mechanism within the school;the imperfect teacher guarantee system of the institutions outside the school participating in the trusteeship service,the lack of necessary professional training for teachers,and the teacher’s position low sense of identity,weak sense of self-development and unstable teaching staff.Based on the investigation and analysis of the current situation of the after-school trusteeship service,in order to better solve the problem of the after-school trusteeship,all parties involved in school trusteeship should strengthen the ideological understanding of trusteeship service;the government should actively provide system guarantee and financial support for the school trusteeship service;the school should improve the school trusteeship service mechanism,at the same time,it can also work together with the community to establish a new model of the school trusteeship;the off-school institutions should also strengthen the construction of teachers.
