| Affected by many factors,the divorce rate in China is increasing year by year.With the divorced children increasing quickly,these teenagers in the critical period of growth often have negative emotions in the face of academic,employment,family relations and other pressures.Negative emotion is a kind of emotion with negative valence,which contains a series of disgusting emotional experiences.The long-term accumulation of negative emotions may have adverse effects on many aspects of the individual ’s physiology and psychology,and even cause severe psychological disorders.Therefore,it is of great significance theoretically and practically to explore the negative emotional counseling of teenagers from divorced families from the perspective of social work.This study takes the case of negative emotional counseling of teenager from divorced family as an example,and uses deep interview method and observation method to evaluate the problems and needs of the client.The assessment found that the client had serious negative emotions due to the problem of the original family and the pressure of graduation employment,and affected her normal life.Based on the evaluation of the client ’s problems and needs,this study uses case work methods to help the client solve the problem on the basis of narrative therapy and social constructivist theory.The specific intervention process includes four stages : the establishment of professional relations,through interviews to further understand the old narrative of the case.in the second stage,the problem is externalized,guiding the client to get rid of the constraints of the problem on himself,reducing the rigidity and limitations brought by the problem to the client.in the third stage,assist the client to discover the exceptional events that are neglected in life and have nothing to do with the problem.From thin to thick,develop more positive new narratives,so that the client gradually abandons the previous negative narrative and finds her own flash point.In the fourth stage,the mother of the client is invited as a witness to witness the change of the client,and give the client a response and recognition,while better enriching the life story of the client,and finally assisting the client to consolidate family support,establish a benign peer relationship,and consolidate the service effect.Through the above intervention process,it can establish the client ’s positive self-identity,increase the client ’s self-efficacy,and ultimately achieve the purpose of effectively channeling the client ’s negative emotions,so that the client can also face the difficulties in the future.Think about the problem in a positive narrative way and achieve the goal of helping others to helping themselves.Through the evaluation,it is found that the negative emotions of the client have been effectively dredged,the self-efficacy has increased,and the overall state has improved significantly.Practice has proved that narrative therapy has a significant effect on the negative emotional counseling of adolescents from divorced families,which can provide some practical experience and reference for social workers in related fields. |
