| With the continuous liberalization of the fertility policy, more and more families are more willing to bear children.People have begun to turn their attention to how to better educate and nurture offspring within the family. However, due to various reasons for themselves and their families, many women choose to go back home and be a full-time mother in the balance between work and family. For full-time mothers who are forced to be unemployed or voluntarily quit their jobs and return to their families, what they have to face is not only their physical and psychological burdens, the family responsibilities of taking care of their children and husbands, but also their disapproval of their roles and changes in their social status.and lack of personal relationships.Over time, once full-time mothers are unable to properly regulate their emotions and find a reasonable way to deal with them, the backlog of emotions will inevitably interfere with the physical and mental health of full-time mothers, which will then have a negative impact on individuals, families and society. On the basis of summarizing and drawing on the previous research results, this paper takes a full-time mother in the J community of Foshan as the service object.First of all, using the pre-test,observation and semi-structured interviews of the scale,to grasp the personal situation of the client,to evaluate the client’s problems and needs,to discover the client’s sense of parenting education, interpersonal communication and self-improvement.Then,the social worker, together with the client, proposed and planned service goals and a specific participation plan;then, the social worker used narrative therapy to carry out casework, and intervened in the client ’ s negative emotions through externalization, rewriting, and witnessing;then, the social worker and the client ended the professional relationship, and carried out the process and effect evaluation of the case service work;finally, the conclusion was drawn that narrative therapy can rebuild the positive identity of stay-at-home mothers, and can relatively alleviate the negative emotions of stay-at-home mothers.Reflect on the deficiencies in the service process and put forward suggestions for improvement. |
