Study On SFBT’s Intervention On The Negative Emotion Of The Caregivers Of The Old And Disabled Families

Home care is the main form of the care system for the disabled,in which caregivers bear great pressure.Among caregivers,the interweaving of old age and disability forms a special community-family caregivers who support the elderly and the disabled,which presents the elderly who should be "the elderly" to take care of the disabled family members.Then,multiple pressures have become the "fertile ground" for the negative emotions of the caregivers of the elderly and disabled families,mainly manifested in anxiety and depression.The caregivers of the old disabled families who are facing sudden family changes at the initial stage of care are caught in a vicious circle.As an important part of this closed loop,negative emotions will be in a double dilemma if they are not channeled.Therefore,it is the main goal of this study to take intervention measures to alleviate the negative emotional distress of the caregivers of the elderly and disabled families and improve the endogenous mobility of the caregivers of the elderly and disabled families.Based on the author’s internship experience,this study selected Zhang Bo,an old family caregiver who was in the early stage of care,as the research object,and used SFBT model to conduct pre-and post-test analysis by using semi-structural interview and observation,and combined with the Depression-Anxiety-Stress Scale Simplified Chinese Version /DASS-21,and collected data to carry out intervention research.Based on the evaluation of clients and their needs,this study uses the process and technology of SFBT model,adopts the practical method of case work to intervene,and uses the core technologies such as exceptional questions,evaluative questions and miraculous questions to help clients find ways to alleviate negative emotions,consolidate the changes made and realize the developmental growth of clients.Through the intervention research on the clients,it is found that the degree of negative emotions of the clients has changed,although there are still some remnants,but the degree of negative emotions has declined.The research shows that the intervention of SFBT model combined with case work is helpful to alleviate the negative emotions of caregivers of the elderly and disabled families.Under its own theoretical framework,combined with the core technology,it can help the caregivers of the elderly and disabled families find ways to relieve their emotions,enhance the endogenous motivation of the clients,and thus break the care dilemma they face.
