The Study Of Case Work Involved In Communication Between Parents And Children Of Divorced Migrant Workers

In recent years,with the reform of China's economic system,more and more rural populations have begun to flow to cities.Due to the influence of economy and culture,the rural people's lifestyles and concepts have quietly changed after entering the city.Family conflicts have occasionally led to the breakdown of marriages,resulting in many divorced migrant workers.The problem of poor parent-child communication brought about by the incomplete family structure will affect the physical and mental health of the growing youth.Solving this problem is of great significance for maintaining family and social stability.In this study,a case study approach was adopted to intervene in the communication between parents and children of divorced migrant workers.Under the guidance of the structured family therapy model,the values of social work were followed,and the skills of social work were flexibly used to intervene the clients.First,through interviews to understand the causes and performance of communication problems caused by divorced migrant workers,assess the problems and needs of divorced migrant workers,and select representative clients to intervene.According to the four steps of exploring the interaction mode,redefining the cause of the problem,changing the communication method,and rebuilding the family structure,specific interventions are implemented.On this basis,help the target family to adjust the wrong communication mode in the past,increase the effective communication between parents and children,thereby improving the parent-child communication problems caused by the imbalance of the family structure,and promote the harmony of the family and society.This article has successfully improved the parent-child communication problems of divorced migrant workers through targeted case services,which shows that social work can fully play its positive role and has a good professional advantage in improving and promoting parent-child communication problems.This study provides practical experience for the application of social work theory,and also provides practical measures for solving this problem,which has certain research value.
