| Our society is in the period of economic transformation,With the development and progress of economy,science and technology and education,people’s thoughts and values are also changing,and the concept of marriage and family system are also changing quietly.For many economically independent and ideologically independent post-70 s and post-80 s generation,marriage becomes an option,and divorce demography in China is also increasing year by year.The growth of children from divorced families is concerned by scholars.This study selected divorced adolescents from F vocational school as the research object,focusing on how to improve their resilience level.Through questionnaire surveys and interviews,the following research was conducted: a survey on the resilience status of divorced adolescents;The difficulties,challenges,and risk factors faced by adolescents from divorced families in the fields of individuals,families,schools,and society;By using group social work methods,carefully designing group activities to enhance their resilience level;Finally,strategies and suggestions are proposed to enhance the resilience level of adolescents from divorced families.Through research,this article concludes that the main factors affecting the resilience reconstruction of adolescents from divorced families include:physical lack of exercise,cognitive bias,weak emotional management ability,inappropriate coping styles,and other risk factors among adolescents;There are influencing factors in the family field,such as the parents’ emotional state,relationship state,parenting style for children,and support status for divorced families;There are risk factors such as interpersonal difficulties,academic anxiety,and campus bullying in the school field;There are risk factors in the social field,such as stigmatization of divorced families and insufficient legal protection.This paper analyzes three types of resilience of adolescents from divorced families,namely,transcendence restructuring,balanced restructuring,and disordered restructuring.In response to the existing problems,we will carry out group social work practices and use professional work methods to improve the resilience level of divorced adolescents.Finally,this study proposes relevant countermeasures and suggestions to improve resilience levels: by helping to regulate the physical and mental health of adolescents from divorced families,correctly recognizing parental divorce,and regulating negative emotions among adolescents,we can enhance individual resilience traits of adolescents from divorced families;Improve the family system by helping divorced parents regulate their emotions and physical and mental health,inspiring democratic parenting styles,and forming positive parent-child interactions in remarried families;By strengthening school social work,leveraging the role of school peer groups,and promoting the construction of parent schools,we aim to enhance the protective factors of the school system;Optimize the social system by eliminating prejudices in public opinion and strengthening the protection of the legal system,and create a healthy social environment for divorced adolescents. |
