Research On Cultivating Students’ Network Literacy Problem From The Perspective Of Ideological And Political Education

In the era of the interconnection of all things,it has unprecedentedly created a new way for human beings to perceive the world,understand the world and change the world’,which has a profound impact on people’s social behavior and social development.The problem of ’ human network literacy cultivation has gradually become the focus of attention.China is already a network power that accounts for one fifth of the world’s population and is moving towards a network power.The report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China further clearly stated: Accelerate the construction of manufacturing power,quality power,aerospace power,network power,digital China.The " Medium and Long-term Youth Development Plan(2016-2025)" issued by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council pointed out:" We should take the Internet as an important position for youth ideological education and carry out network literacy education among youth groups.As the builders of the future motherland,college students’ network literacy is related to whether it is conducive to promoting the construction of a powerful network country.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the cultivation of college students ’ network literacy from the perspective of ideological and political education.The value of ideological and political education for contemporary college students is "building moral character",and the network literacy of college students is both a new connotation of comprehensive human development and an important issue of ideological and political education.This paper starts from the network literacy problem faced by college students in the new era,clarifies the concept of college students’ network literacy in the field of ideological and political education,takes the Marxist theory of human essence and the Marxist theory of comprehensive human development as the main theoretical basis,bases on the Internet practice in Chinese colleges and universities in the new era,takes the network literacy of college students in the new era as the research object,combines the domestic and foreign literature,draws on Based on the theories of Marxist theory of human development and the comprehensive development of human beings,the study focuses on the Internet literacy of college students in the new era.The main problems and causes of college students’ online literacy are analyzed,and the current problems of college students’ online literacy include "insufficient online political discernment","insufficient online moral self-discipline","relatively weak online legal awareness " The reasons are that the network literacy education in colleges and universities is relatively insufficient,the network literacy cultivation environment of college students is relatively complicated,the leading role of ideological and political education is insufficient,and the awareness of college students’ network literacy is weak.On this basis,the effective countermeasures for the cultivation of college students’ network literacy in the field of ideological and political education are investigated.To establish a correct concept of network literacy cultivation,that is,to take Xi Jinping’s network concept as the guide and clarify the top-level design concept of network literacy cultivation.Take the cultivation of college students’ network literacy as a systematic project,integrate relevant elements such as school,society and family,and form a cultivation mode led by colleges and universities with multiple participation.Ensure that ideological and political education runs through the whole process of network literacy;improve the content of network literacy cultivation of college students from the perspective of comprehensive development of college students,i.e.,strengthen the education of college students on network security,network morality,network rule of law and network politics;strengthen theoretical education method,strengthen network practice education method and promote college students’ self-education method as cultivation methods;create excellent network literacy cultivation family style,promote social governance to cover the cyberspace,and create a good atmosphere for the cultivation of college students’ network literacy.
