Research On Cultivation Of College Students’ Network Civilization Literacy Under The Strategy Of Network Power

In the new period,General Secretary Xi Jinping attaches great importance to the strategy of network power and makes a series of expositions.At the National Conference on Network Security and Informatization work on April 20,2018,Xi Jinping pointed out:"Informatization has brought a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to the Chinese nation.We must seize the historical opportunity of information development acutely,strengthen the positive propaganda on the net...For the realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation Chinese Dream to make new contributions.At present,network development is an important part of the country’s rapid progress,emphasizing the rational,scientific and effective use of information resources in the network age,and playing a positive role in promoting social progress.Network Because the forming process of the strategy of powerful country is obtained through continuous practice and summary,it is based on the basic conclusion of the relationship between theory and practice in Marxism,and has the dual characteristics of practicality and science.College students are a special group that is about to enter the society after a long period of systematic education.As successors to the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the ability and accomplishment of college students directly determine the trend and trend of social development.Enhance college students’understanding of Xi Jinping’s important exposition on the strategy of network power,strengthen personal network civilization literacy,and have a positive role in promoting network civilization literacy throughout the society.However,because of the confusion of self-cognition,the imperfection of network system and regulations and the interference of network environment,there are many problems in cultivating college students’ network civilization accomplishment.On the basis of analyzing the connotation and importance of college students’ network civilization literacy,this paper analyzes the existing problems and the reasons for their formation at present,provides a solution path,from the promotion and cultivation of college students’ own consciousness to the systematic supervision and management of family,university and society.
