Research On Education Of University Students’ Network Literacy In The Field Of Ideological And Political Education

"The Internet" as one of the greatest human invention in the 20 th century,its birth has brought new opportunities for human development,puts forward new task to the economic and social development,also has formed the new requirements to our country’s personnel training in higher education.President xi jinping’s report on the 19 th CPC National Congress made eight comments on the Internet,stressing that "we should be good at using Internet technology and information technology to carry out work".For today’s college students,the Internet is undoubtedly an important source of knowledge and information,which has an important influence on their ideological,political,moral and psychological development.In 2017,the CPC central committee and the state council jointly issued the medium and long-term youth development plan(2016--2025).Plan clearly put forward,"taking the Internet as the important position of ideological and political education for young people" and "widely conducting network literacy education for the youth to guide them use the Internet scientifically,courteously,rationally,legally.In 2018,the department of ideological and political work of the ministry of education proposed to accelerate the development of the guide to online literacy of college students and strengthen the network literacy of college students.In 2018,the department of ideological and political education of the Ministry of Education also proposed to speed up the formulation of the guide for college students’ network literacy,strengthen the education of college students’ network literacy.In the new era of "Internet plus",strengthen the education of college students’ network literacy and improve the network literacy of college students is the inner development requirement for college students’ ideological and political quality in new era inevitably,it is also the inevitable requirement of leading college students positively practice the core values of Chinese socialism and the necessary requirement of further strengthen the confidence in our path,guiding theories,culture and political system.It is of great theoretical significance and practical value to analyze and study the education problem of college students’ network literacy based on the perspective of ideological and political education.This article is based on the study horizon of ideological and political education and the field of the subject,under the guidance of dialectical materialism,comprehensively use literature study method,expert consultation method,case interview method,such as research methods,to carry on the corresponding discussion on basic problems of the college students’ network literacy education.It mainly includes the following contents:Chapter one,the connotation and significance of education of university students’ network literacy in the ideological and political education.Analyzing and studying college students’ network accomplishment education problem based on the ideological and political education horizon is the urgent needs of The Times development in "Internet +",is the realistic requirement of college students’ network literacy development,also is the inner requirement of the development for ideological and political education theory and practice.This chapter is the logical starting point of full text,based on the analysis of college students’ network literacy education background,has cleared about the connotation of college students’ network literacy education in ideological and political education,and lay the theoretical premise for the setting of education goal and the selection of education content.Chapter two,the goal and content of university students’ network literacy education in ideological and political education.The purpose of college students’ network literacy education in ideological and political education is to cultivate new and high-quality netizens who meet the requirements of The Times and the needs of college students.This is about the three ability of cognition,the reasoned and the skill to use the network.Therefore,Formulating the content of network literacy education
