With the network era's coming, network has more comprehensive and profound influence to all social fields, including politics, economy, culture and other areas in our lives, and more important, the digital, informational, and global revolution that it has led is changing our social visage from all aspects, such as the manner of people's thoughts and behavior, the space and approach of their self-realization have also changed. The result it has brought out is very complicated. For the development of our society, of course it's positive, but it also brings out some negative impacts. What the network will bring to us rests with the motive of us to use it. From this point of view, network is a little dangerous for the young people with unfledged thinker, and it has already brought some negative influence to a few young people, which has arouse more profound concern from people and society. So the network era must put forward new require for our education, and we also think it's necessary to cultivate the young people's network literacy. As young people, all the college students use the internet, so it is very emergent to start network literacy education to them roundly. Mainly on the basic of the demonstrative research for college students' network literacy, and explaining the importance of the network literacy education in the Ideological and Political Education for college students, the author is trying to put forward the real aim, content and the possible approach that will bring the positive educational effect of the network literacy education in reality. From carrying out the network literacy education pertinently, we want to make the college students have nicer network literacy when they get into the society, and improve their viability in the network era.
