Research On The Problems And Management Countermeasures Of College Students' Network Literacy Education

The rapid development of network technology has brought great changes in people's life,learning and values.In 2014,the Party Central Committee put forward the strategy of network power.Citizens' network literacy has become the foundation of the construction of network power,and network literacy education is the guarantee of the construction of network power.At present,our citizens' network literacy performance is far from the requirements of network power.In order to realize the strategic requirements of network power,it is necessary to enhance citizens' network literacy ability and cultivate the concept of network literacy in the new era by means of education.As the beneficiaries of network reform,college students are also the victims of bad network information,and become the main group of network literacy education.Therefore,to explore the network literacy education of college students has become an important topic in the process of building a network power.China's network literacy education is in its infancy.Some achievements have been made in theoretical and empirical research,but the practice path is still narrow.The lack of network literacy education in schools and families,the limited attention of university management,the lack of network literacy education teachers,network literacy education has not been fully popularized in the subject curriculum system.Therefore,network literacy education has little effect.This study combs the definition and connotation of network literacy education for college students,summarizes the development experience of network literacy education in various countries,Through the investigation of the current situation of College Students' network literacy education,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the network literacy education,and puts forward the management countermeasures for the construction of College Students' network literacy education.This paper consists of the following six parts.The first part is the introduction.It mainly covers the reason and significance of topic selection,research reviews,concept definition,theoretical basis,etc.The second part is the research and design of College Students' network literacy education.This chapter includes four aspects: research framework,research object,research method and research tool.The third part is an investigation of the current situation of College Students' network literacy education.This study mainly uses the methods of interviewing and questionnaire survey,taking four universities in Shandong Province as the research objective,to quantitatively analyze the factors influencing College Students' network literacy and the current situation of College Students' network literacy education.The fourth part is the achievements and problems of College Students' network literacy education.Through data analysis,this chapter finds that college students' network literacy education has made some achievements in the process of practice,mainly in the following aspects: Students' network literacy is becoming more and more mature,campus network activities are gradually enriched,network infrastructure is increasingly perfect,and ideological and political education is carried out in depth.But there are also many problems,such as: the school management is not enough attention,the curriculum system needs to be improved,the teaching staff needs to be optimized,and the family education lacks attention.The fifth part is the cause analysis of College Students' network literacy education.In depth analysis of the problems existing in the network literacy education of college students shows as follows: the negative impact of the macro network environment,the practice deviation of the micro education environment,the lack of attention of the education subject,and the lack of self-consciousness of the education object.The sixth part is the research on the Countermeasures of College Students' network literacy education and management.Aiming at the problems and causes of College Students' network literacy education,this paper puts forward the optimization path from the three dimensions of school,family and self.In the aspect of school education,we should build a network literacy education management system,create a healthy campus network culture environment,build a network literacy professional teaching team,and carry out colorful campus network culture activities;in the aspect of family education,we should change the concept of family education,change the way of family education,and form a joint force of family school cooperation;in the aspect of self-education,we should establish a correct concept of network literacy,and strengthen self-education Strong self-discipline of network behavior.
