Research On The Network Literacy Cultivation Of College Students In Network Political Participation

The human’s pace of the pursuit of democracy never stop.As the constant meaning in the democratic,the participation has some new developments in the modern network political life which is created partly because of the popularization of the network information technology.Derived from traditional real political participation and been simultaneously existed with it, moreover with the characteristic, the network political participation shows a huge advantage, along with the vigorous development of the world democracy tide. Having the huge population, and with the highest penetration rate of the Internet using, moreover with strong independent consciousness and critical spirit, full of youthful vigor and vitality,these Internet users are also participating in the network’s political life through various forms and by all sorts of network media carrier with great enthusiasm.Overall speaking the whole situation of the College students’political participation of network is good, but through the investigations and research,we found that the level of college students’political participation is generally low. There maybe many factors that resulted this case,as external macro-level constraints, or the impact of the micro level. The lack of College Students’Internet literacy is one of the important reasons for the micro level, there is a significant positive correlation link between the network literacy level of political participation effect. Under the current students’network political participation and network literacy level of the grim situation, in order to meet the needs of the development of democratic and political construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics, we must take positive and effective measures to enhance the students’network literacy development work to enhance the students’network politics level of participation with certain principles, and expand active and healthy,efficient and orderly political participation, advancing socialism with Chinese characteristics democratic and political construction in the continuous development of democratic socialist harmonious society.
