| Primary school is a critical period of students’ physical development.It is of great significance to promote the healthy development of pupils through physical exercise.To this end,the state issued the Guiding Opinions on Doing a Good Job in After-school Services for Primary and Secondary School Students,which requires primary and secondary school after-school services to play their role as the main channel,scientifically and reasonably establish the content and form of services,and provide students with physical exercise,sports training,competition activities and other services.Primary school students are important stakeholders of after-school physical education service,and their satisfaction with after-school physical education service is an important basis to measure its quality and benefits.Based on this,using the method of questionnaire survey,interview and mathematical statistics,from the dimensions of teachers,management,facilities,time,curriculum,evaluation and so on,this paper analyzes the satisfaction of students in Hefei primary school after school sports service,and puts forward optimization countermeasures.The study says:First,the overall satisfaction of students in the after-school sports service of primary schools in Hefei is satisfactory,and the proportion of satisfied groups is45.20%.In all dimensions,such as teachers and daily management,the percentage of satisfied people is more than 50%.On the contrary,in terms of course content,service time and evaluation mechanism,the proportion of dissatisfaction is more than 50%.In the aspect of venue facilities,there are many facilities in the city but insufficient venues,and large venues but insufficient facilities in the countryside.Secondly,in every dimension,there is no gender difference in students’ satisfaction with sports services.In terms of course content and service time;There is a negative correlation with whether to participate in after-school care,and a positive correlation with physical health.In the teacher team,evaluation mechanism,daily management,and academic performance level is positively correlated;In terms of teachers and course content,there is a negative correlation with grade.Thirdly,the teacher team,daily management,site facilities,service time,course content,evaluation mechanism and individual needs,academic pressure,physical health level at the school level,as well as the occupation and economic status of parents at the family level can significantly affect students’ satisfaction.Fourth,the strategies to improve students’ satisfaction with after-school sports service in primary schools include: in the dimension of teacher team,the quantity and quality of service teachers should be ensured;The balance of time flexibility and selectivity should be maintained in the dimension of service time.In the dimension of curriculum content,we should ensure the interplay between curriculum richness and interest.In the field facilities dimension,we should promote the balanced development of urban and rural campus sports resources;in the evaluation mechanism dimension,we should realize the coexistence of normal evaluation and long-term evaluation;in the daily management dimension,we should ensure the standardization of management and the effectiveness of communication.in the home-school relationship Dimension : strengthen communication and cooperation to achieve home-school co-parenting. |
