With the continuous reform and development of China’s education,the "burden reduction" policy for students has been introduced one after another,and the continuous in-depth implementation has been implemented,most schools have advanced the end of school,and then the "three-and-a-half point problem" and "vacuum management period" and other problems have emerged,which have become the focus of society and urgently need to be managed.Subsequently,in order to solve this problem,the Ministry of Education issued the "Guiding Opinions on Doing a Good Job in After-school Service Work for Primary and Secondary School Students",calling on all primary and secondary schools to undertake after-school service work,and the education department of Yichang City actively responded to the after-school service work according to the guidance.School after-school sports service is one of the contents,because the school’s after-school sports service work is in the trial stage,has not yet established a perfect school after-school service system,there are many problems in the specific implementation process to solve.Therefore,the use of "the right medicine" to solve the problems in the process of school after-school services and improve the quality of school after-school services can better promote the school’s after-school sports services from benign development to high-quality development.This study constructs an index system for evaluating the quality of after-school sports services through the literature method,Delphi method and other research methods,and uses the constructed model of the evaluation index system model of after-school sports service quality in Yichang to evaluate and analyze primary schools that have carried out after-school sports service activities in Yichang City,analyzes the problems existing in the development of after-school sports services in primary schools in Yichang City,and puts forward governance countermeasures through the results of evaluation and analysis.The specific conclusions and recommendations are as follows:Conclusions:First of all,the investment in service resources is insufficient,and the system construction needs to be improved.The number of after-school sports service teachers in schools is limited and the professional quality is uneven;Insufficient funding for services,mainly dependent on government funding;and the limited number of equipment in the service venue,and the replacement process is slow.Secondly,the implementation of the service process is insufficient and there is a lack of innovation.Limited by service resources,unable to fully meet the service needs of students,resulting in insufficient service time;Most of the service activity projects are mainly based on physical exercise and ball games,and the projects that students are interested in without developing innovative projects cannot fully follow the principle of students’ voluntary choice and participation.Finally,the service is not effective and the satisfaction is low.There are too many participants in service activities,it is difficult for teachers to pay attention to each student,the order of service activities is relatively chaotic,and students cannot freely choose to participate in after-school sports service projects,or cannot fully enjoy sports services with students of the same age and sports ability level,resulting in the lack of obvious improvement of students’ sports skills;Some teachers said that their energy was limited and it was difficult to juggle,most of the time they were forced to work,and many teachers felt that their efforts were not proportional to their income.In view of the above problems,the author proposes the following governance paths from the government,society and school levels:First,at the government level: the government can improve relevant policies and regulations,strengthen supervision,so that participants and implementers can be guaranteed,so that implementers have a basis for implementation and a sense of tension in implementation;It can be given certain powers and channels to expand its own funding sources and channels to ensure the stability of funds;The government can step up publicity to enhance parents’ cooperation and understanding.Secondly,the social level: the society should actively cooperate with the school to plan the equipment resources of the venue,and reach cooperation with it to jointly cultivate and serve students;There are a large number of professional teachers in their society,and their professional teachers should be allowed to devote themselves to after-school sports service activities in schools,so that they can optimize the team of instructors;Appropriate investment in new sports in the society to schools,so that the content of after-school sports service activities in schools is more rich and diversified.Finally,at the school level: schools should first create diversified service methods to meet the needs of students;At the same time,we will continue to optimize the service teaching program,and strengthen supervision and evaluation;Finally,schools should continue to improve the incentive mechanism of teachers and improve their enthusiasm for service.
